【摘要】：近年來,高淘汰率是四川省優(yōu)秀籃球苗子培養(yǎng)過程中普遍存在的現(xiàn)象,是什么原因?qū)е铝宋沂』@球后備人才的流失如此嚴(yán)重?在優(yōu)秀籃球苗子培養(yǎng)過程中到底存在著什么樣的風(fēng)險?這是值得我們?nèi)ド钏己吞接懙膯栴}。本文從優(yōu)秀籃球苗子成長風(fēng)險這個新的角度出發(fā),以四川省部分優(yōu)秀籃球運(yùn)動苗子為研究對象,運(yùn)用運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練學(xué)、運(yùn)動心理學(xué)、哲學(xué)等學(xué)科的知識,在查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、訪談方法、邏輯分析法等調(diào)查方法,根據(jù)我省籃球苗子的成長規(guī)律和實際情況,針對我省優(yōu)秀籃球運(yùn)動苗子在培養(yǎng)過程中的成長風(fēng)險發(fā)生的原因以及各種風(fēng)險規(guī)避問題進(jìn)行調(diào)查、討論和研究,希望能夠為我省的籃球事業(yè)的健康良性發(fā)展以及優(yōu)秀籃球運(yùn)動苗子的培養(yǎng)提供理論和實踐依據(jù)。主要結(jié)論如下:1.優(yōu)秀籃球苗子的培養(yǎng)一直是我省競技體育發(fā)展的重點。加強(qiáng)對四川省優(yōu)秀籃球運(yùn)動苗子成長風(fēng)險的研究,對于提高四川省籃球運(yùn)動水平,為籃球運(yùn)動員的培養(yǎng)和有關(guān)籃球管理部門提供借鑒與參考具有理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。2.在運(yùn)動員的選材方面的風(fēng)險主要是:在優(yōu)秀籃球苗子選拔過程中,缺乏科學(xué)理論和測試手段、選材不夠科學(xué),導(dǎo)致了許多有天賦的運(yùn)動員因此而被埋沒。建議相關(guān)部門在選材時根據(jù)運(yùn)動員的年齡和各項身體素質(zhì)發(fā)育規(guī)律,進(jìn)一步完善籃球運(yùn)動員的選材標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。3.教練員的文化思想落后、訓(xùn)練的方式方法陳舊、責(zé)任性不夠強(qiáng)等問題,都會間接的限制運(yùn)動員向更高水平的發(fā)展,這是我省籃球苗子在成長過程中客觀的來自教練員的風(fēng)險。建議增加我省教練員培訓(xùn)、學(xué)習(xí)的次數(shù),提高教練員的科研和教學(xué)能力。提高教練員的職業(yè)素養(yǎng),不斷提高教練員業(yè)務(wù)水平并使其向?qū)Ｂ毣l(fā)展。4.目前四川省籃球運(yùn)動員自身主要存在著以下一些問題:要籃球運(yùn)動員基本功差、缺乏比賽經(jīng)驗和必要的運(yùn)動損傷知識,部分運(yùn)動員道德規(guī)范意識缺失。這些問題是目前我省籃球苗子在培養(yǎng)過程中自身普遍存在的的風(fēng)險。建議強(qiáng)化我省籃球運(yùn)動員的本功,重視運(yùn)動員的道德品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。提高籃球運(yùn)動員的綜合素質(zhì),要建立嚴(yán)格的科學(xué)的教學(xué)、管理計劃,運(yùn)用科學(xué)的訓(xùn)練理論,以及正確的訓(xùn)練方式、方法來指導(dǎo)訓(xùn)練。5.運(yùn)動員的教育學(xué)風(fēng)險和就業(yè)風(fēng)險是亟待解決的問題。建議相關(guān)部門要立即著手改善目前我省優(yōu)秀籃球苗子文化學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀,竭盡所能,努力去提高運(yùn)動員的文化學(xué)習(xí)水平。另外,運(yùn)動員要注重對其它方面的知識和職業(yè)技能的學(xué)習(xí),為再就業(yè)做準(zhǔn)備,政府應(yīng)逐步完善與運(yùn)動員相關(guān)的各種社會保障制度,為運(yùn)動員解決后顧之憂。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the high elimination rate is a common phenomenon in the training process of elite basketball seedlings in Sichuan Province. What causes the loss of basketball reserve talents in Sichuan Province so seriously? What kind of risks do there exist in the process of cultivating excellent basketball seedlings? This is a problem worthy of our deep thinking and discussion. From the new perspective of the growth risk of elite basketball seedlings, this paper takes some elite basketball sports Miao in Sichuan Province as the research object, and applies the knowledge of sports training, sports psychology, philosophy and so on. On the basis of consulting relevant literature, this paper applies the methods of questionnaire, mathematical statistics, interview, logic analysis, and so on, according to the growth law and actual situation of basketball seedling in our province. This paper investigates, discusses and studies the causes of the growth risk and the various risk aversion problems in the training process of the elite basketball athletes in our province. It is hoped that it can provide theoretical and practical basis for the healthy development of basketball in our province and the cultivation of excellent basketball sports seedlings. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. The cultivation of excellent basketball seedlings has always been the focus of the development of competitive sports in our province. To strengthen the research on the growth risk of elite basketball players in Sichuan Province is of theoretical and practical significance for improving the level of basketball in Sichuan Province and for providing reference and reference for basketball players' training and relevant basketball management departments. In the selection of athletes, the main risks are: in the selection process of elite basketball seedlings, the lack of scientific theory and testing means, the selection of materials is not scientific, resulting in many talented athletes were buried. It is suggested that the relevant departments should further improve the selection standard of basketball players according to the age of the athletes and the rules of their physical development. The backwardness of the coaches' cultural thoughts, the outmoded ways and methods of training and the lack of responsibility will indirectly restrict the athletes' development to a higher level, which is the objective risk from the coaches in the growing process of basketball seedlings in our province. It is suggested to increase the number of coaches' training and study, and to improve the coaches' scientific research and teaching ability. Improve the professional quality of coaches, constantly improve the professional level of coaches and make them to full-time development. 4. At present, the main problems of Sichuan basketball players are as follows: poor basic skills of basketball players, lack of experience and necessary knowledge of sports injury, lack of moral awareness of some athletes. These problems are the common risks in the process of cultivation of basketball seedlings in our province. It is suggested that we should strengthen the basic merit of basketball players in our province and attach importance to the cultivation of athletes' moral quality. To improve the comprehensive quality of basketball players, it is necessary to establish strict scientific teaching, management plan, use scientific training theory and correct training methods to guide training .5. The education risk and employment risk of athletes are urgent problems to be solved. It is suggested that the relevant departments should immediately begin to improve the present situation of cultural learning of elite basketball seedlings in our province and try their best to improve the cultural learning level of athletes. In addition, athletes should pay attention to the study of other aspects of knowledge and vocational skills, to prepare for re-employment, the government should gradually improve the various social security systems related to athletes, to solve the worries of athletes.
