【摘要】：自我國(guó)進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)化改革以來(lái),職業(yè)教育的地位不升反降,甚至被認(rèn)為是“次等教育”。職業(yè)教育在人們觀念中的“末流”地位,實(shí)際上是人們對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)中不同職業(yè)的評(píng)價(jià)、態(tài)度和看法的反映,其中所折射出的則是社會(huì)大眾的職業(yè)觀問(wèn)題。所謂“職業(yè)觀”,簡(jiǎn)而言之就是人們對(duì)待職業(yè)的態(tài)度和看法,其形成有著深刻的社會(huì)文化和經(jīng)濟(jì)背景,是一種辯證的歷史發(fā)展過(guò)程。職業(yè)觀的直接反映就是人們的職業(yè)選擇,而基于此,職業(yè)教育所培養(yǎng)的對(duì)象及其職業(yè)選擇、職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展?fàn)顩r將會(huì)進(jìn)一步影響到公民的教育選擇。因此,從職業(yè)觀嬗變角度研究職業(yè)教育發(fā)展問(wèn)題不啻是一個(gè)新的視角。本文主要采用理論研究的方法,并通過(guò)歷史考察和現(xiàn)實(shí)分析,對(duì)職業(yè)觀與職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的關(guān)系進(jìn)行論述。主要包括以下內(nèi)容：緒論部分主要介紹本研究的視角選擇和選題背景、意義,回溯中外學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究,界定關(guān)鍵核心概念,指出研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法。第二章從社會(huì)文化、制度和規(guī)范、政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、理想社會(huì)追求等方面,分析影響職業(yè)觀嬗變的主要因素,為下文分析職業(yè)觀與職業(yè)教育發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。第三章首先闡述職業(yè)觀是如何影響職業(yè)教育發(fā)展,再通過(guò)歷史考察,分析不同歷史時(shí)期職業(yè)觀的形態(tài)及其所處的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境。同時(shí),闡述在相應(yīng)的歷史時(shí)期內(nèi),職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的概況,分析職業(yè)觀與職業(yè)教育狀況的內(nèi)在關(guān)系。第四章主要呈現(xiàn)當(dāng)前職業(yè)觀的多元表現(xiàn),以及這種表現(xiàn)對(duì)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的不同影響,強(qiáng)調(diào)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展依然面臨種種障礙的社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)。通過(guò)一些社會(huì)現(xiàn)象和問(wèn)題剖析當(dāng)下的不良職業(yè)觀,從而指出職業(yè)教育發(fā)展遭遇的社會(huì)困境。第五章從職業(yè)觀影響職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),對(duì)職業(yè)觀的改善和職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展進(jìn)行對(duì)策性思考。既強(qiáng)調(diào)社會(huì)環(huán)境對(duì)于職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的重要作用,努力營(yíng)造積極的社會(huì)氛圍,改善社會(huì)用工環(huán)境,完善社會(huì)保障制度,也注重通過(guò)教育行動(dòng)來(lái)改善社會(huì)對(duì)職業(yè)教育的認(rèn)知,實(shí)施職業(yè)啟蒙教育,矯正教育分流制度等。更加要重視職業(yè)教育自身的努力,加強(qiáng)職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量提升。
[Abstract]:Since the market-oriented reform in China, the status of vocational education has declined instead of rising, and is even regarded as "secondary education". In fact, the status of vocational education in people's concept is the reflection of people's evaluation, attitude and view of different occupations in real society. The so-called "vocational outlook", in short, is the attitude and view of people towards occupation, which has a profound social, cultural and economic background, and is a dialectical historical development process. The direct reflection of vocational view is people's career choice. Based on this, the object of vocational education and its career choice, the status of career development will further affect the educational choice of citizens. Therefore, it is a new angle of view to study the development of vocational education from the perspective of the evolution of vocational outlook. This article mainly adopts the theory research method, and through the historical investigation and the realistic analysis, carries on the discussion to the occupation view and the vocational education development relations. The main contents are as follows: the introduction mainly introduces the angle of view and the background, significance, backtracking the relevant research of Chinese and foreign scholars, defining the key core concepts, pointing out the research content and research methods. The second chapter analyzes the main factors that influence the evolution of vocational outlook from the aspects of social culture, system and norm, political and economic structure, ideal social pursuit, etc. It lays a foundation for the following analysis of vocational outlook and vocational education development. The third chapter first expounds how the vocational concept affects the development of vocational education, and then through historical investigation, analyzes the form of vocational outlook and its social and economic environment in different historical periods. At the same time, it expounds the general situation of the development of vocational education in the corresponding historical period, and analyzes the internal relationship between the vocational outlook and the status of vocational education. The fourth chapter mainly presents the pluralistic expression of current vocational outlook and its different influence on the development of vocational education, emphasizing the social reality that vocational education still faces various obstacles. By analyzing some social phenomena and problems, this paper points out the social predicament encountered in the development of vocational education. The fifth chapter, from the perspective of vocational view which affects the development of vocational education, makes a strategic thinking on the improvement of vocational outlook and the development of vocational education. It not only emphasizes the important role of social environment for the development of vocational education, but also stresses the importance of improving the social cognition of vocational education through educational actions, by creating a positive social atmosphere, improving the social employment environment, and perfecting the social security system. To carry out vocational enlightenment education and correct the system of educational diversion. We should pay more attention to the efforts of vocational education itself and enhance the quality of vocational education.
