【摘要】：社會保障和家庭保障共同實施了社會生產(chǎn)和分配對人生存和發(fā)展的保障。人生存和發(fā)展的社會保障是一種宏觀的、有限性的保障,是家庭保障的補充。人生存和發(fā)展的社會保障內(nèi)容包括社會公共安全保障、社會生產(chǎn)安全保障、社會公共事業(yè)保障、社會成員基本權利保障、特定群體和特定社會成員個體特別保障。人生存和發(fā)展的社會保障在社會生產(chǎn)和分配中的落實重點是要:完善包含人生存和發(fā)展社會保障內(nèi)容在內(nèi)的社會生產(chǎn)和分配理論;確立在社會生產(chǎn)和分配中基于社會成員生存和發(fā)展的社會保障思想;建立基于社會成員生存和發(fā)展社會保障的社會生產(chǎn)和分配制度;在社會生產(chǎn)和分配的實踐中落實好人生存和發(fā)展的社會保障工作。
[Abstract]:Social security and family security jointly implemented the social production and distribution of human survival and development protection. The social security contents of human existence and development include social public security, social production safety, social public utility, social members' basic rights, specific groups and individual members.
