【摘要】：研究心血管疾病、癌癥、慢性呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病、糖尿病四類主要慢性病和其它慢性病對中老年家庭不同層次消費的影響。結(jié)果顯示:四類主要慢性病對中老年家庭日常生活消費沒有影響,但會顯著降低家庭較高層次的消費;當?shù)褪杖爰彝ピ馐芩念愔饕圆r,不僅較高層次消費顯著下降,日常生活消費支出也顯著下降。然而,當遭遇其它慢性病沖擊時,即使中低收入家庭,也不會顯著減少各項消費,中高收入家庭甚至會增加食品支出。可見,當遭遇四類主要慢性病時,中老年家庭沒有足夠的風險分擔機制平滑家庭消費,尤其是低收入家庭。因此,社會保障部門應(yīng)考慮在現(xiàn)有資金約束下著重加強四類慢性病經(jīng)濟風險的保障力度,提高家庭的風險分擔能力。
[Abstract]:To study the effects of cardiovascular diseases, cancer, chronic respiratory diseases, diabetes mellitus and other chronic diseases on the consumption of middle and old families at different levels. The results showed that the four major chronic diseases had no effect on the daily life consumption of middle-aged and elderly families, but significantly reduced the higher levels of household consumption, and when low-income families suffered from the four major chronic diseases, not only the higher levels of consumption decreased significantly. Daily living expenses also fell significantly. However, even low- and middle-income families will not significantly reduce their consumption when they are hit by other chronic diseases, and upper-middle income families will even increase food spending. It can be seen that when the four main chronic diseases are encountered, there is not enough risk-sharing mechanism to smooth household consumption, especially for low-income families. Therefore, social security departments should focus on strengthening the protection of economic risks of four kinds of chronic diseases under the existing financial constraints, and improve the ability of families to share risks.
