【摘要】：滿足公眾獲得感是黨執(zhí)政的價(jià)值訴求,提高公眾獲得感是黨奮斗的動(dòng)力源泉。實(shí)現(xiàn)公眾獲得感不能停留在"滿足"和"提高"的一般認(rèn)知上,把黨治國(guó)理政與公眾獲得感切實(shí)地對(duì)接起來(lái),始終堅(jiān)持以經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)為中心,為滿足和提高公眾獲得感創(chuàng)造豐厚充裕的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ);堅(jiān)持社會(huì)公正公平,建構(gòu)和完善保障公眾獲得的制度;建構(gòu)完善的社會(huì)保障體系,增強(qiáng)人民群眾日常生活的安全系數(shù);制定傾斜政策和采取扶助措施,紓解弱勢(shì)群體的生活困難;以法治保障公眾權(quán)益,使公眾獲得具有安全感;推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義民主政治發(fā)展,將選舉民主與協(xié)商民主緊密相結(jié)合,以保證人民當(dāng)家作主,滿足和提高公眾獲得感。
[Abstract]:Satisfying the sense of public acquirement is the value demand of the Party in power, and improving the sense of public acquisition is the motive source of the Party's struggle. The realization of the sense of public access should not remain on the general cognition of "satisfaction" and "improvement", and the Party's governing and administration should be effectively linked with the public's sense of obtaining, and it would always insist on taking economic construction as the center. In order to meet and improve the sense of public access to create a rich and abundant material foundation, adhere to social justice and fairness, build and improve the system to ensure public access, and build a sound social security system to enhance the people's daily life safety factor; To formulate preferential policies and adopt supportive measures to alleviate the livelihood difficulties of the vulnerable groups; to protect the rights and interests of the public by the rule of law and to make the public feel secure; and to promote the development of socialist democratic politics and closely combine electoral democracy with consultative democracy. In order to ensure that the people as masters, meet and improve the public sense of access.
