【摘要】："供給側(cè)改革"視域下青年就業(yè)、生存和發(fā)展受到巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。為了避免可能出現(xiàn)的結(jié)構(gòu)性失業(yè)和失業(yè)浪潮,確保青年生存和發(fā)展,具備再就業(yè)的動(dòng)力和壓力,應(yīng)強(qiáng)化保障制度建設(shè)。分析"供給側(cè)改革"視域下青年就業(yè)、生存和發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,從家庭保障、社會(huì)保障兩個(gè)角度構(gòu)建青年就業(yè)、生存和發(fā)展的制度保障策略,有效解決"供給側(cè)改革"過程中青年就業(yè)、生存和發(fā)展的制度保障問題。
[Abstract]:Youth employment, survival and development are facing great challenges in the view of supply-side reform. In order to avoid the possible wave of structural unemployment and unemployment, ensure the survival and development of youth, and have the motive force and pressure of re-employment, we should strengthen the construction of security system. This paper analyzes the present situation of youth employment, survival and development from the perspective of "supply-side reform", and constructs the institutional security strategies for youth employment, survival and development from the perspectives of family security and social security. Effectively solve the system guarantee of youth employment, survival and development in the process of supply-side reform.
