【摘要】：宋朝在社會保障和社會救濟的發(fā)展歷史中是一個關鍵的時期,社會救濟在這一時期得到很大發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新。本文主要就宋朝對貧民日常救濟進行研究,所謂日常救濟,主要相對的是宋朝對發(fā)生災荒和疾疫時的救濟,這種救濟不包括災荒和疾疫時的救濟,是為了維持貧民日常生存生活需要的救濟。本文主要從對貧民的嬰幼兒救濟、貧困老人的救濟、貧民的醫(yī)療救濟、貧民的安葬救濟方面的日常救濟進行研究。宋朝政府通過一系列的措施對貧民進行救濟,這些措施包括政策、制度和機構等。宋朝對貧民的救濟是有當時的社會狀況要求的,思想影響推動的,發(fā)展的經濟支撐的。宋朝對貧民的救濟過程中出現一些不好的現象,但這些問題不是主流,總的效果是好的,并對宋朝的社會秩序穩(wěn)定產生積極的影響。文章共分六章第一章研究宋朝對嬰幼兒的救濟。這些救濟包括助貧民生養(yǎng)嬰幼兒和對棄嬰的收養(yǎng)。第二章研究宋朝對貧困老人的救濟,救濟措施包括設立機構收養(yǎng)、實行居養(yǎng)制度等。第三章研究宋朝對貧民的醫(yī)療救濟,救濟措施包括散藥,施醫(yī),設立機構進行收養(yǎng)救治。第四章研究宋朝對逝者的安葬救濟,救濟措施包括給貧民錢助葬,設立漏澤園等。第五章探討宋朝對貧民救濟的原因、產生的積極作用、救濟的特點。第六章探討宋朝貧民日常救濟中存在的問題。
[Abstract]:The Song Dynasty was a key period in the history of social security and social relief, in which social relief was greatly developed and innovated. This paper mainly studies the daily relief to the poor in the Song Dynasty. The so-called daily relief is mainly relative to the relief in the Song Dynasty when the famine and disease occur, and this relief does not include the relief during the famine and the epidemic. Relief is needed to sustain the poor in their daily lives. This article mainly from the poor infant relief, the poor old people's relief, the poor people's medical relief, the poor people's burial relief aspect daily relief carries on the research. The Song government provided relief to the poor through a series of measures, including policies, institutions and institutions. The relief to the poor in the Song Dynasty was supported by the social situation, the influence of thought and the development of economy. There were some bad phenomena in the relief process of the Song Dynasty to the poor people, but these problems were not the mainstream, the overall effect was good, and had a positive influence on the social order and stability of the Song Dynasty. This article is divided into six chapters. Chapter one studies the relief to infants in Song Dynasty. These include support for the poor and the raising of infants and the adoption of abandoned babies. The second chapter studies the relief to the poor old people in Song Dynasty. The third chapter studies the medical relief to the poor in Song Dynasty. The fourth chapter studies the funeral relief of the deceased in the Song Dynasty. The relief measures include the money for the poor and the establishment of the leaky garden. Chapter five discusses the causes, the positive effects and the characteristics of the relief to the poor in the Song Dynasty. Chapter six discusses the problems existing in the daily relief of the poor in the Song Dynasty.
