【摘要】：為了促進城鄉(xiāng)居民最低生活保障家庭大學生就業(yè),我國教育部,財政部以及社會保障部等聯(lián)合出臺政策,對低收入家庭的高校畢業(yè)生給予求職補貼,促進我國高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)。本文在遵義醫(yī)學院學生求職補貼管理的實際需求之上,調研了遵義醫(yī)學院學生求職補貼管理目前的主要方式以及存在的問題,對引入計算機對遵義醫(yī)學院學生求職補貼管理的必要性和可行性進行研究后,提出了本文遵義醫(yī)學院學生求職補貼管理系統(tǒng)的研究與分析,希望通過本文的相關研究工作促進遵義醫(yī)學院學生求職補貼管理的信息化管理水平,促進遵義醫(yī)學院學生的就業(yè)質量以及效率。在文章中作者對遵義醫(yī)學院大學生求職補貼管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項目意義和目前的研究與應用現(xiàn)狀,在業(yè)務分析中,論文對遵義醫(yī)學院大學生求職補貼管理系統(tǒng)存在的問題、組織機構、原有業(yè)務流程等進行了分析,本文原有業(yè)務流程包括求職補貼信息發(fā)布、求職補貼申請審核、求職補貼結果公示、求職補貼發(fā)放管理、基礎信息管理以及系統(tǒng)管理業(yè)務流程,論文在原有的業(yè)務流程基礎上對業(yè)務流程進行了優(yōu)化。在功能分析中,論文通過用例分析和用例描述,明確了遵義醫(yī)學院大學生求職補貼管理系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能的包圖和子功能包圖。在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對遵義醫(yī)學院大學生求職補貼管理系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析,通過縮略類圖的形式對系統(tǒng)的核心功能的數(shù)據(jù)需求進行了分析,并且給出了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的實體類關系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表結構。論文最后作者對文章主要工作進行了總結,對論文中的不足之處進行了分析,并對下一步工作進行了展望。
[Abstract]:In order to promote urban and rural residents' minimum living standards to ensure employment for family students, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Social Security have jointly issued policies to subsidize the employment of college graduates from low-income families. To promote the employment of college graduates in China. On the basis of the actual demand of student employment subsidy management in Zunyi Medical College, this paper investigates the main ways and existing problems in the management of student employment subsidy in Zunyi Medical College. After studying the necessity and feasibility of applying computer to the management of student employment subsidy in Zunyi Medical College, this paper puts forward the research and analysis of the management system of student employment subsidy in Zunyi Medical College. It is hoped that the relevant research work in this paper will promote the information management level of student employment subsidy management in Zunyi Medical College and promote the employment quality and efficiency of students in Zunyi Medical College. In this paper, the author studies the background, the project significance and the current research and application status of the management system of employment subsidy for students in Zunyi Medical College. In the business analysis, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the management system of employment subsidy for students in Zunyi Medical College. The organization, the original business process and so on are analyzed. The original business process of this paper includes the issuance of information on job hunting subsidies, the examination of job application subsidies, the publication of the results of job search subsidies, and the management of the grant of job search subsidies. Basic information management and system management business process, the paper on the basis of the original business process optimization. In the function analysis, the paper clarifies the function of the management system of employment subsidy for students in Zunyi Medical College through use case analysis and use case description, and gives the package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system's overall function. In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data needed to deal with the functions of the job subsidy management system for students in Zunyi Medical College, and analyzes the data requirements of the core functions of the system through the form of abbreviations. At the same time, the entity class diagram of the system database is given, and the database table structure is established. At the end of the paper, the author summarizes the main work of the paper, analyzes the shortcomings of the paper, and looks forward to the next work.
