河南省蘭考縣農(nóng)村體育特崗教師基本情況研究

【摘要】:隨著基礎(chǔ)教育改革的深入和新課改持續(xù)的推進,時代對教師的要求愈來愈高。但由于長期受落后觀念、社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不平衡等因素的影響,使我國農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段的師資一直處于匱乏階段,城鄉(xiāng)教育的差距也愈演愈烈。2006年,在西部偏僻農(nóng)村學(xué)校教師缺少以及大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的雙重壓力下,國家下發(fā)《關(guān)于實施農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)校教師特設(shè)崗位計劃的通知》以下簡稱“特崗計劃”。從2009年起“特崗計劃”實施范圍擴展到中西部國家級貧困縣,河南省蘭考縣也被納入到“特崗計劃”政策的實施范圍。隨著“特崗計劃”政策的開展實施,體育特崗教師成為了農(nóng)村體育教學(xué)的主力軍,補充了鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校體育的師資力量,為偏僻農(nóng)村學(xué)校帶去了新的體育知識、觀念,與此同時大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問題也得到了有效的解決。河南省蘭考縣2009年實施“特崗計劃”以來,到2013年9月份共聘任體育特崗教師32名,筆者查閱大量的相關(guān)文獻資料,制定問卷對蘭考縣體育特崗教師的基本情況進行調(diào)查,采用文獻法、調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法對搜集的資料進行分析總結(jié),客觀真實地呈現(xiàn)出蘭考縣農(nóng)村體育特崗教師的基本情況、存在問題,分析其影響因素并找出解決的方法,為河南省蘭考縣教育主管部門的科學(xué)決策和農(nóng)村學(xué)校體育的發(fā)展提供一定的參考和依據(jù)。本文研究分為五部分:第一部分為前言,包括選題背景、研究目的及研究意義;第二部分為文獻綜述;第三部分以河南省蘭考縣農(nóng)村體育特崗教師基本情況為研究對象,運用文獻法、調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,對蘭考縣農(nóng)村體育特崗教師基本情況進行研究,客觀地呈現(xiàn)出蘭考縣農(nóng)村體育特崗教師的基本情況;第四部分從河南省蘭考縣農(nóng)村體育特崗教師的相關(guān)情況、教學(xué)工作情況、日常生活及人際關(guān)系情況、入職動機及職后選擇等情況調(diào)查入手,對河南省蘭考縣農(nóng)村體育特崗教師的基本情況進行分析、探討,并找出相應(yīng)的對策;第五部分結(jié)論與建議,分析資料得出如下結(jié)論:1.河南省蘭考縣農(nóng)村體育特崗教師與其他專業(yè)教師相比數(shù)量較少,不能滿足學(xué)校體育教學(xué)。2.河南省蘭考縣農(nóng)村體育特崗教師的學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)符合教育部規(guī)定的學(xué)歷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。3.河南省蘭考縣農(nóng)村體育特崗教師工作量大,少數(shù)教師存在無教案上課,這對體育課堂質(zhì)量和教學(xué)效果有一定的影響,不利于體育特崗教師的專業(yè)成長。4.河南省蘭考縣農(nóng)村體育特崗教師知曉《體育與健康課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,但對《體育與健康課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》熟悉程度一般。5.河南省蘭考縣農(nóng)村體育特崗教師繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)機會少、科學(xué)研究欠缺,不利于體育特崗教師教學(xué)水平和教學(xué)創(chuàng)新能力的提高。6.河南省蘭考縣大多數(shù)農(nóng)村體育特崗教師工作積極,學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對他們的工作滿意,大多數(shù)學(xué)生喜歡上體育特崗教師的體育課。7.河南省蘭考縣農(nóng)村體育特崗教師社會保障缺乏、福利待遇低,業(yè)余生活有待豐富,他們需要政府、社會等多方的關(guān)注和支持。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of basic education reform and the continuous promotion of new curriculum reform, the demand for teachers is becoming more and more high. However, due to the long lag concept and the unbalance of social and economic development, the teachers of the compulsory education in rural areas have been in the stage of lack, the gap between urban and rural education has become more and more intense in.2006 years, in the western part of the country. Under the double pressure of the lack of teachers in the rural areas and the difficult employment of college students, the state issued a notice of "special post plan" for the implementation of the special post plan of school teachers in the stage of compulsory education in rural areas. From 2009, the implementation range of "special post program" has been extended to the poor counties of the central and Western countries, and Lankao County, Henan Province, is also accepted. With the implementation of the "special post plan" policy, with the implementation of the "special post plan" policy, the sports special post teachers have become the main force of the rural sports teaching, supplemented the teacher strength of the rural school sports, brought new sports knowledge and ideas for the remote rural schools, and at the same time the problem of the employment of college students has also been obtained. Effective solution. Since the implementation of the "special post program" in Lankao County of Henan Province in 2009, by September 2013, a total of 32 sports special post teachers were hired. The author consulted a large number of relevant documents and made a questionnaire to investigate the basic situation of the sports special teachers in Lankao County, and adopted the literature method, the investigation method, the logical analysis method and the mathematical statistics method. By analyzing and summarizing the data, the basic situation of the rural PE teachers in Lankao County is objectively and truly presented, and the problems exist, the influencing factors are analyzed and the solutions are found out, which provide some reference and basis for the scientific decision-making and the development of the rural school sports in Lankao County of Henan Province. The study is divided into five parts. The first part is the preface, including the background of the topic, the purpose and the significance of the research; the second part is the literature review; the third part takes the basic situation of the rural sports teachers in Lankao County of Henan Province as the research object, and uses the literature method, the investigation method, the logic analysis method, the mathematical statistics method and so on, to the rural sports special post teaching in Lankao County. The fifth parts of the conclusions and suggestions and the analysis data get the following conclusions: 1. the rural sports special teachers in Lankao County, Henan province are less than other professional teachers, and can not meet the school physical education teaching.2. The educational structure of the teacher is in line with the educational standard stipulated by the Ministry of education.3., the rural sports teachers in Lankao County of Henan province have a large workload, and the few teachers have no lesson in teaching, which has a certain influence on the quality of sports class and teaching effect, which is not conducive to the professional growth of sports special post teachers in.4.
