【摘要】：目前我國高校的畢業(yè)生人數(shù)依然很多,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生所面臨的就業(yè)形勢(shì)十分嚴(yán)峻,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題仍然是社會(huì)和學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問題之一。雖然學(xué)術(shù)界從不同的角度出發(fā),如從政府政策的角度、勞動(dòng)力市場的角度、大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀的角度等等,對(duì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難對(duì)原因做了詳細(xì)的分析研究。但是,盡管學(xué)術(shù)界中也有從社會(huì)資本的角度出發(fā)研究大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題的文章,但從社會(huì)資本的角度深入實(shí)證研究大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的文章還不多,也缺乏權(quán)威有效的實(shí)證研究。本文以社會(huì)資本理論為基礎(chǔ),選取了大學(xué)生的高校社會(huì)資本、性格外傾性、在校實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)地位四個(gè)指標(biāo)作為大學(xué)生社會(huì)資本存量的測(cè)量指標(biāo),希望通過實(shí)證分析來檢驗(yàn)大學(xué)生社會(huì)資本數(shù)量的影響因素,選取了大學(xué)生能否成功就業(yè)、工作的薪資水平、社會(huì)保障情況以及對(duì)工作的滿意程度來作為衡量大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的指標(biāo)。進(jìn)而探討了大學(xué)生社會(huì)資本對(duì)大學(xué)生能否就業(yè)、社會(huì)保障水平、薪資水平以及就業(yè)滿意度之間的影響,希望能夠幫助解決我國大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問題。本文首先研究整理了國內(nèi)外有關(guān)社會(huì)資本理論與大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量以及二者關(guān)系的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,并對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究做出了簡要的評(píng)述；其次通過對(duì)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析,提出了本文的整體構(gòu)思,綜合分析了不同層次高校近年的就業(yè)率,并選取了大學(xué)生的高校社會(huì)資本、性格外傾性、在校實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)地位四個(gè)指標(biāo)作為大學(xué)生社會(huì)資本存量的測(cè)量指標(biāo)；選擇大學(xué)生能否成功就業(yè)、工作的薪資水平、社會(huì)保障情況以及對(duì)工作的滿意程度作為衡量大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的指標(biāo)；進(jìn)而通過問卷調(diào)查的方法來收集數(shù)據(jù),然后對(duì)收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,對(duì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的社會(huì)資本影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,并對(duì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生對(duì)社會(huì)資本及其各影響因素對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的作用影響進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究：最后通過前文的結(jié)論分析,從增加大學(xué)生社會(huì)資本的數(shù)量積累、提高大學(xué)生社會(huì)資本利用率兩方面提出提高大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of social capital theory , this paper discusses the influence factors of college graduates ' employment quality , such as the angle of government policy , the salary level , social security situation and the degree of satisfaction of college graduates .
Secondly , through the analysis of the literature , the whole concept of this paper is put forward , the employment rate of different levels and universities in recent years is analyzed , and the social capital , personality extroversion , school practical experience and family economic status of college students are selected as the measurement indexes of social capital stock of college students .
Choose whether college students can succeed in employment , pay level of work , social security situation and the satisfaction degree to work as an index to measure the quality of college students ' employment ;
Then , through the method of questionnaire investigation , the data is collected , and the data collected is statistically analyzed , the influencing factors of social capital of college graduates are studied empirically , and the effect of college graduates on social capital and their influencing factors on the employment quality of college students is studied . Finally , the author puts forward some suggestions on improving the quality of college students ' employment quality from the aspects of increasing the quantity of social capital and improving the utilization rate of social capital of college students .
