【摘要】：社會(huì)保障水平是指社會(huì)成員享受社會(huì)保障經(jīng)濟(jì)待遇的高低程度。社會(huì)保障水平過(guò)低,就無(wú)法滿足社會(huì)成員的基本保障需求；社會(huì)保障水平過(guò)高,將超出國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的承受能力。因此,社會(huì)保障水平應(yīng)保持在一個(gè)既滿足人民基本保障需求又促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展的范圍。 本文以四川省為例進(jìn)行社會(huì)保障水平適度性實(shí)證研究,其理論意義在于運(yùn)用目前理論界較成熟的社會(huì)保障水平的理論研究模型,用四川省的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究以分析四川省社會(huì)保障水平的適度性。針對(duì)這一情況,本文首先研究四川省社會(huì)保障水平的現(xiàn)狀及其與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系,其次根據(jù)四川省的實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀提出一個(gè)適度的社會(huì)保障水平,然后對(duì)四川省未來(lái)的社會(huì)保障適度水平進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),最終提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,以促進(jìn)四川省社會(huì)保障制度的合理優(yōu)化,保證四川省社會(huì)保障體系的良性運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Social security level refers to the level of social security economic treatment by members of the society . The social security level is too low to meet the basic social security needs of the members of the society ;
The social security level is too high to exceed the capacity of the national economy . Therefore , the social security level should be maintained in a range that meets both the basic needs of the people and the healthy development of the national economy .

Based on the theoretical research model of social security level in Sichuan Province , this paper studies the current situation of social security level in Sichuan Province and its relationship with economic development . Secondly , according to the actual situation of Sichuan Province , this paper first studies the social security level of Sichuan Province and its relationship with economic development . Secondly , according to the actual situation of Sichuan Province , this paper puts forward a reasonable level of social security , and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the rational optimization of the social security system in Sichuan Province , and to guarantee the healthy operation of the social security system of Sichuan Province and the sustainable development of social economy .
