【摘要】：從上世紀八十年代起,我國推行計劃生育政策,一方面,這一政策緩解了我國的人口壓力,人口的質量顯著提高,經濟水平也得到了快速的發(fā)展,另一方面,這一政策也形成了特殊的家庭結構"核心家庭"的出現,這也成為了中國家庭構成的主要形式。獨生子女家庭數量的日趨龐大,其所面臨的風險也日益凸顯,當孩子因意外離世,令溫暖的三口之家瞬間瓦解,變成失獨家庭,致使失獨家庭父母面臨著嚴峻的養(yǎng)老和生活挑戰(zhàn)。伴隨著時間的發(fā)展,失獨家庭的不斷增加,這個群體開始逐漸進入公眾的視線,失獨父母大多已人到中年,喪失了再生育的能力,經濟水平的提高使失獨家庭父母的養(yǎng)老需求日益增加,而政府的投入愈發(fā)顯得不足,導致養(yǎng)老服務的缺口越來越大,難以滿足龐大失獨家庭的需求,所以在這個居家養(yǎng)老的大環(huán)境下,理應對這類人群的養(yǎng)老問題投入更多的關注。本文以我國失獨家庭養(yǎng)老服務問題為研究對象,分四個章節(jié)展開。第一章節(jié)介紹了選題背景、研究意義,總結國內外學者的研究成果,制定了研究思路與方法;第二章節(jié)是概念界定,主要以社會保障理論、社會支持理論、馬斯洛需求層次理論和福利多元化理論作為論文的理論基礎,為失獨家庭的養(yǎng)老服務問題研究探尋理論支持;第三章節(jié)通過對失獨家庭的深度訪談以及文獻政策的研究,詳細分析了當前失獨家庭養(yǎng)老的需求以及失獨家庭所面臨的養(yǎng)老服務的現狀和困境,找出了導致失獨家庭養(yǎng)老服務困境的主要原因,以期更全面的去了解失獨家庭的養(yǎng)老服務問題;第四章節(jié)以調查結果作為依據,提出了解決失獨家庭養(yǎng)老服務問題的對策。
[Abstract]:Since the eighties of the last century, China has implemented a family planning policy. On the one hand, this policy has alleviated the pressure on the population in our country, the quality of the population has improved significantly, the economic level has also been developing rapidly, on the other hand, This policy has also formed a special family structure, "nuclear family", which has become the main form of family composition in China. With the increasing number of one-child families, the risks they face are becoming increasingly prominent. When a child dies by accident, the warm family of three collapses and becomes a single family. Parents of families without independence are faced with severe pension and life challenges. With the development of time and the increasing number of families without independence, this group began to gradually enter the public eye. Most of the parents who lost independence had reached middle age and lost the ability to reproduce again. With the improvement of economic level, the parents' need for the aged is increasing day by day, and the government's investment is becoming more and more insufficient, which leads to the increasing gap of the old-age service, and it is difficult to meet the needs of the large families who have lost their independence. Therefore, in this home-care environment, we should pay more attention to the pension problem of this kind of people. This paper is divided into four chapters, focusing on the problem of family pension service in China. The first chapter introduces the background of the topic, the significance of the research, summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, and formulates the research ideas and methods; the second chapter is the definition of the concept, mainly based on the social security theory, social support theory, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and welfare diversification theory as the theoretical basis of the paper, for the elderly services of families without independence to explore theoretical support; chapter three through in-depth interviews and literature policy research on families without independence. This paper analyzes in detail the current needs of the unemployed family for the aged and the present situation and difficulties of the pension service faced by the deprived family, and finds out the main reasons leading to the predicament of the family's pension service. With a view to a more comprehensive understanding of the problem of old-age services for families without independence; the fourth chapter based on the results of the investigation, proposed solutions to the problem of old-age services for families without independence.
