【摘要】：基于2013年進城農民工實地調查數據,應用描述性統(tǒng)計方法從經濟、社會、文化、心理和身份五個維度對農民工的城市融入現(xiàn)狀進行分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),農民工的城市融入狀況并不理想,多數人沒有建立"城市人"身份認同;在戶籍制度障礙下,農民工工資歧視、社會保障程度低、子女教育受限等現(xiàn)象依然十分突出;農民工對定居城市的積極性較高,但他們并不愿意以農村土地作為交換的籌碼;群體異質性是農民工城市融入的重要特征,相對于老一代農民工或外來農民工,新生代農民工或本地農民工的融入程度更高。本文提出賦予農民工與市民平等的公民權、探索農民工跨地區(qū)服務管理體制、發(fā)揮城市社區(qū)和社會組織的協(xié)同作用等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the field survey data of migrant workers in city in 2013, the present situation of urban integration of migrant workers is analyzed from five dimensions of economic, social, cultural, psychological and identity. The study finds that the urban integration of migrant workers is not ideal, most people do not establish the identity of "urban people", and under the household registration system, The wage discrimination of migrant workers, the low degree of social security, the limited education of children and other phenomena are still very prominent; migrant workers are more active in the settlement of the city, but they are not willing to use rural land as a bargaining chip; group heterogeneity is an important feature of the urban integration of migrant workers, relative to the old generation of migrant workers or migrant workers, new students. The integration of migrant workers or local migrant workers is higher. This paper proposes to give equal citizenship to migrant workers and citizens, to explore the cross regional service management system for migrant workers, and to give full play to the synergy of urban communities and social organizations.
