【摘要】：目前,扶貧脫貧工作進(jìn)展順利,但也存在一些難題。包括"貧困"和"脫貧"的定義不符合"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)同一、含義相反"原則,老人"戶"認(rèn)定困難,最低生活保障制度與扶貧政策適用沖突等,需要研究提出對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:At present, the work of poverty alleviation is progressing smoothly, but there are still some difficulties. The definition of "poverty" and "getting rid of poverty" does not accord with "standard", the meaning is opposite "principle", the elderly "household" is difficult to identify, the conflict between the minimum living security system and poverty alleviation policy and so on, need to study and put forward countermeasures.
