【摘要】：殘疾人都在某一方面存在著不同程度的障礙,是社會(huì)中的弱勢(shì)群體,需要社會(huì)給與必要的扶持和幫襯。農(nóng)村殘疾人在醫(yī)療、康復(fù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育、工作、心理等各方面更是存在著各種各樣的問題。農(nóng)村殘疾人的社會(huì)保障比較薄弱,大部分都是只有農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療,部分能夠享受到低保和重度殘疾人補(bǔ)貼等,但這些只是從物質(zhì)經(jīng)濟(jì)方面給與的幫助,并且金額數(shù)目較少,并不能從根本上上解決農(nóng)村殘疾人的問題。相對(duì)來說,農(nóng)村殘疾人面臨的形勢(shì)更為嚴(yán)峻,需要社會(huì)更多的關(guān)注。這就要求社會(huì)工作者能夠全方位地了解農(nóng)村殘疾人的需求,并鏈接各方面的資源,運(yùn)用專業(yè)的工作方法來滿足農(nóng)村殘疾人的特殊需求。筆者以河南省鄭州市金水區(qū)農(nóng)村殘疾人袁某為服務(wù)對(duì)象,以優(yōu)勢(shì)視角和社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)為指導(dǎo)采用個(gè)案管理的方法對(duì)案主進(jìn)行服務(wù)。筆者通過與案主的接觸以及案主家人和社區(qū)的描述,對(duì)案主的存在的問題進(jìn)行界定。案主主要存在精神支持薄弱、工作問題困擾、家庭關(guān)系緊張、社會(huì)參與度不高等問題,所以筆者從案主自身入手,對(duì)案主進(jìn)行心理輔導(dǎo)、幫助案主找工作,協(xié)調(diào)案主與家人的關(guān)系,并引導(dǎo)案主參與社會(huì)活動(dòng)等,使案主的狀況得到根本改善,并建立穩(wěn)定堅(jiān)固的社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng)。通過此次個(gè)案服務(wù),筆者也認(rèn)識(shí)到自己的局限與不足,并根據(jù)此次個(gè)案服務(wù)提出了自己的意見,供個(gè)案管理者參考。
[Abstract]:There are various obstacles in one aspect of the disabled, which are the vulnerable groups in the society and need the necessary support and help from the society. The disabled in rural areas have various problems in medical, rehabilitation, economy, education, work and psychology. The social security of the disabled in rural villages is relatively weak, most of which are only only There are rural cooperative medical care, some can enjoy low insurance and severe disability subsidies, but these are only help from the material economy, and the amount is less, and the problem of rural disabled can not be solved fundamentally. Relatively speaking, the situation of the disabled in rural areas is more severe and needs more social attention. It is required that social workers can fully understand the needs of the disabled in rural areas, and link all aspects of the resources and use professional work methods to meet the special needs of the disabled in rural areas. The author takes the rural disabled yuan in Jinshui District, Zhengzhou, Henan as the service object, and uses the advantage angle of view and the social support network to guide the case management. The author makes a service to the owner of the case. Through the contact with the owner and the description of the family and the community, the author defines the problem of the owner of the case. The case owner mainly exists the problems of weak mental support, problems of work, tension of family relations, and low social participation, so the author starts with the case owner and conducts the heart of the case owner. To help the case owners look for work, coordinate the relationship between the owners and the family, and guide the case owners to participate in social activities, so as to improve the situation of the case owners and establish a stable and solid social support system. Through this case service, the author also recognizes his own limitations and shortcomings, and puts forward his own opinion according to the case service. For reference to case managers.
