【摘要】：隨著學(xué)前教育的蓬勃發(fā)展,民辦幼兒園在整個學(xué)前教育中占據(jù)重要的地位,不僅是對公辦校的補充,也成為了學(xué)前教育體系中重要組成部分。學(xué)前教育一期行動計劃取得的成果,在國家政策支持的背景下,民辦幼兒園有著空前的發(fā)展,其中,截止2014年,四川省民辦幼兒園的數(shù)量所占的比例82.5%,在學(xué)前教育中地位由此可見,加快民辦園幼兒園園長專業(yè)發(fā)展直接關(guān)系著全省學(xué)前教育發(fā)展進程。在專業(yè)發(fā)展的理論啟示下,本研究采用實證研究,對四川省民辦幼兒園園長專業(yè)發(fā)展的問題進行了現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。第一章是緒論部分,主要介紹選題的緣由、研究意義、設(shè)計文獻綜述和核心概念的界定。第二章采用問卷調(diào)查和訪談,選取了來自四川省達州市、遂寧市、南充市、廣安市四個市區(qū)的民辦幼兒園園長,從問卷的四個維度即專業(yè)理解與認(rèn)識、專業(yè)知識與方法、專業(yè)能力與行為、專業(yè)制度與保障四個方面,著力調(diào)查其專業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。第三章深入剖析民辦幼兒園園長專業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題與原因,如專業(yè)認(rèn)識不清楚,教育理念有待改變;專業(yè)知識不牢固,方法需改進;專業(yè)能力不高,行為待落實;專業(yè)制度不完善,社會保障需跟進。第四章從哲學(xué)角度出發(fā),事物發(fā)展總是受到主觀因素和客觀因素的影響,合理的提出促進民辦幼兒園園長專業(yè)發(fā)展的策略。第一、提升專業(yè)認(rèn)識,合理認(rèn)識自我角色。第二、增長專業(yè)知識,引領(lǐng)幼兒教師專業(yè)發(fā)展。第三、提高專業(yè)能力,培養(yǎng)專業(yè)技能。在教育、管理、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)上發(fā)揮所長。第四、完善專業(yè)制度,社會保障。專業(yè)制度的建立和實施需要國家、地方政府、幼兒園三方面緊密配合,缺一不可,只有共同發(fā)力才能促進民辦幼兒園園長的專業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of preschool education, private kindergartens play an important role in the whole preschool education, which is not only a supplement to public schools, but also an important part of pre-school education system. In the context of national policy support, the results of the first phase of the action plan for preschool education have witnessed unprecedented development. Among them, as of 2014, The proportion of the number of private kindergartens in Sichuan province is 82.5. It can be seen that speeding up the professional development of private kindergartens is directly related to the development process of preschool education in the province. Based on the theoretical enlightenment of professional development, this study investigates the current situation of the professional development of private kindergartens in Sichuan province by means of empirical research. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the reason of the topic, research significance, design literature review and the definition of core concepts. The second chapter uses questionnaire and interview, selected from Dazhou City, Suining City, Nanchong City, Guangan City, four urban districts of private kindergarten directors, from the four dimensions of the questionnaire namely professional understanding and understanding, professional knowledge and methods. Professional ability and behavior, professional system and guarantee are four aspects to investigate the present situation and existing problems of professional development. The third chapter deeply analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the professional development of private kindergarten heads, such as the lack of a clear professional understanding, the need to change the educational concept, the lack of solid professional knowledge, the need to improve the methods, the low professional ability and the pending implementation of the behavior; Professional system is not perfect, social security needs to follow up. The fourth chapter from the philosophical point of view, the development of things are always affected by subjective and objective factors, reasonable to promote the professional development of private kindergartens. First, to enhance professional understanding, a reasonable understanding of self-roles. Second, increase professional knowledge, leading the professional development of preschool teachers. Third, improve professional ability and develop professional skills. In education, management, leadership play a role. Fourth, improve the professional system, social security. The establishment and implementation of the professional system needs the close cooperation of the state, local government and kindergarten, which is indispensable. Only through joint efforts can we promote the professional development of the heads of private kindergartens.
