【摘要】：社會(huì)保障是由國(guó)家和社會(huì)依法建立的，具有經(jīng)濟(jì)福利性的對(duì)全體社會(huì)成員給予基本生活保障和維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的一種社會(huì)制度。健全社會(huì)保障制度，完善社會(huì)保障體系，是人民生活幸福、經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)、國(guó)家長(zhǎng)治久安的重要基礎(chǔ)，是全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)和構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的必然要求。以江澤民為核心的黨中央，在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國(guó)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)和改革的歷史進(jìn)程中，繼承馬克思主義社會(huì)保障思想，吸收中國(guó)古代以及近代的社會(huì)保障思想中的合理因素，結(jié)合社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中的社會(huì)保障問(wèn)題，形成了富有時(shí)代特征與中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)保障思想。 本論文的研究首先闡述了江澤民社會(huì)保障思想的理論淵源。從馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的社會(huì)保障思想、毛澤東鄧小平的社會(huì)保障思想以及中國(guó)古代和近代的社會(huì)保障思想三方面分析了江澤民社會(huì)保障思想的理論來(lái)源及其關(guān)系。其次闡述了江澤民社會(huì)保障思想的基本內(nèi)容以及這些思想指導(dǎo)下的主要實(shí)踐。再次結(jié)合改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)中國(guó)社會(huì)保障的歷史變遷，歸納概括了江澤民社會(huì)保障思想的主要特點(diǎn)。最后闡述了江澤民社會(huì)保障思想的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 江澤民社會(huì)保障思想深化了對(duì)“三個(gè)代表”重要思想的認(rèn)識(shí)，豐富了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)保障思想的內(nèi)容，體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨以人為本的執(zhí)政理念。深入研究江澤民社會(huì)保障思想，對(duì)于全面推進(jìn)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)保障事業(yè)和構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)，，具有極其重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Social security is a kind of social system, which is established by the state and society according to law and has economic welfare to provide basic living security and maintain social stability to all social members.Perfecting the social security system and perfecting the social security system are the important basis for the people's happiness in life, the sustained economic growth and the long-term stability of the country, and are the inevitable requirements for building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a harmonious socialist society in an all-round way.In the historical process of leading China's socialist construction and reform, the party Central Committee, with Jiang Zemin as the core, inherited the Marxist social security thought and absorbed the reasonable factors in the social security ideology of ancient and modern China.Combined with the social security problems in socialist modernization construction, the social security thoughts with the characteristics of the times and Chinese characteristics have been formed.The research of this thesis first expounds the theoretical origin of Jiang Zemin's social security thought.This paper analyzes the theoretical origin and the relationship of the social security thought of Jiang Zemin from three aspects: the social security thought of the classical Marxist writer, the social security thought of Mao Zedong Deng Xiaoping and the social security thought of ancient and modern China.Secondly, it expounds the basic content of Jiang Zemin's social security thought and the main practice under the guidance of these thoughts.Combined with the historical changes of social security in China since the reform and opening up, this paper summarizes the main characteristics of Jiang Zemin's social security thought.At last, it expounds the theoretical and practical significance of Jiang Zemin's social security thought.Jiang Zemin's social security thought deepens the understanding of the important thought of "three represents", enriches the content of the social security thought with Chinese characteristics, and embodies the ruling idea of the Communist Party of China.It is of great practical significance to study Jiang Zemin's social security thoughts for promoting the cause of social security with Chinese characteristics and building a harmonious socialist society.
