【摘要】：我國計劃生育政策的實施造成了失獨老人的出現(xiàn)。失獨老人不僅在家庭結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟能力方面面臨著困難,而且在精神贍養(yǎng)方面也有很大的缺口,而我國目前針對失獨老人的社會保障制度還不夠完善。我們應(yīng)該充分發(fā)揮政府、社區(qū)、社會組織等多元力量,在完善制度、構(gòu)建長效幫扶機制、建立互助平臺、構(gòu)建適合失獨老人養(yǎng)老模式等方面做出努力,重建老人的生活,保障失獨老人能夠安享晚年。
[Abstract]:The implementation of family planning policy in China has caused the emergence of the elderly who have lost independence.The elderly who have lost independence not only face difficulties in family structure and economic ability, but also have a big gap in spiritual support. However, the social security system for the elderly who have lost independence in our country is not perfect at present.We should give full play to the pluralistic forces of the government, the community, social organizations, and so on. We should make efforts to improve the system, build a long-term support mechanism, establish a platform for mutual assistance, and build a model suitable for the elderly who have lost independence and provide for the aged, so as to rebuild the life of the elderly.To ensure that the elderly who have lost their independence can enjoy their old age in peace.
