【摘要】：在對歐美發(fā)達(dá)國家保障性住房政策進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)研究基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出保障性住房政策變遷的階段論圖式。并運(yùn)用該模式對中國進(jìn)行類比分析,在兼顧共性與特殊性的基礎(chǔ)上,揭示出我國已經(jīng)初步構(gòu)建起一個(gè)以住房補(bǔ)貼為主、以公共住房為補(bǔ)充的保障性住房體系。這個(gè)體系雖然結(jié)構(gòu)完整,然而可獲得性較低,繼續(xù)完善的速度將會(huì)較慢。
[Abstract]:Based on the literature study on the indemnificatory housing policy in developed countries in Europe and the United States, this paper sums up the stage schema of the vicissitude of the indemnificatory housing policy.Based on the analogizing analysis of this model in China and on the basis of considering the commonness and particularity, it is revealed that our country has initially constructed a system of affordable housing with housing subsidies as the main body and public housing as a supplement.The system is structurally complete, but less accessible, and will continue to improve at a slower pace.
