【摘要】：從中國改革開放以來的商品生產(chǎn)和服務(wù)形成的GDP的分配來看,城鄉(xiāng)居民收入分配的比例在持續(xù)下降,政府分配的比例在持續(xù)上升;國有企業(yè)創(chuàng)造和分配GDP在比例上下降后,進入21世紀之后開始又在回升,但其容納的就業(yè)比率卻在下降,導致所分配的GDP要么形成企業(yè)的收入和資本,要么形成政府收繳的利潤;而對GDP的另一個分配走勢是,銀行和其他借貸的利潤率越來越高,分配規(guī)模越來越大。三者的擠壓力,從國民收入分流來看,不斷地擠出相應(yīng)城鄉(xiāng)居民和民營企業(yè)在國民收入中的分配流量。這種分配格局致使我國經(jīng)濟的消費和投資能力減弱,增長速度下降,使國民經(jīng)濟增長中消費和投資需求的拉動力越來越弱。
[Abstract]:From the distribution of GDP formed by commodity production and service since China's reform and opening up, the proportion of income distribution between urban and rural residents is declining, the proportion of government distribution is rising, and the proportion of GDP created and distributed by state-owned enterprises has declined in proportion.After entering the 21st century, it began to pick up again, but its employment ratio was declining, resulting in the distribution of GDP forming either the income and capital of the enterprise or the profits collected by the government, and the other distribution trend for GDP was:Banks and other lending margins are increasing, and distribution is growing.From the point of view of the distribution of national income, the three crowding pressures constantly crowd out the distribution flow of the corresponding urban and rural residents and private enterprises in the national income.This pattern of distribution leads to the weakening of consumption and investment capacity and the decrease of growth rate, which makes the demand for consumption and investment in the growth of the national economy weaker and weaker.
