【摘要】：中共"十八大"報告提出"就業(yè)是民生之本"、要"推動實現(xiàn)更高質(zhì)量就業(yè)"的論述,可見促進(jìn)就業(yè)具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。隨著高校大學(xué)生畢業(yè)人數(shù)的不斷攀升,大學(xué)生面臨著越來越大的就業(yè)壓力。為緩解大學(xué)生就業(yè)壓力、引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生合理就業(yè),同時給地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展注入新鮮血液、提供智力支持,吸引大學(xué)生回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)成為地方各級黨委和政府關(guān)注的焦點。因此,對大學(xué)生回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)進(jìn)行研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本研究共分為六章。第一章為緒論,主要對文章的研究背景和研究意義進(jìn)行闡釋,并對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理,然后介紹研究思路和研究方法。第二章為概念界定及理論基礎(chǔ),主要對本研究中涉及的有關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,并分析本研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章介紹亳州市概況以及亳州市出臺的吸引大學(xué)生回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)的政策。第四章介紹調(diào)研設(shè)計與調(diào)研過程,并對亳州籍大學(xué)生回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)意愿及影響因素進(jìn)行分析,即主要利用SPSS分析軟件對整理后的問卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,研究影響亳州籍大學(xué)生回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)的因素。第五章是國內(nèi)外相關(guān)政策經(jīng)驗借鑒。國外政策介紹部分選取韓國和印度兩個國家,主要介紹這兩個國家在吸引海外人才回國方面的政策;國內(nèi)政策介紹選擇了遼寧省阜新市、江蘇省泰州市,對這兩個城市在促進(jìn)大學(xué)生回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)方面的政策措施進(jìn)行介紹,并總結(jié)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗或啟示。第六章是促進(jìn)亳州籍大學(xué)生回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)的對策建議,主要從政府、高校、家庭和大學(xué)生個人等四個角度提出相關(guān)建議。本研究旨在分析亳州籍大學(xué)生回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)意愿及影響因素,筆者通過利用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問卷調(diào)查法等方法搜集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。對問卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),亳州籍大學(xué)生回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)意愿偏低、傾向于前往經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平高的城市就業(yè)、就業(yè)選擇偏向于穩(wěn)定性較強(qiáng)的工作。利用SPSS卡方檢驗的方法分析發(fā)現(xiàn)影響亳州籍大學(xué)生回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)意愿的因素包括大學(xué)生個體因素、家庭因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素與社會文化因素等,大學(xué)生個體因素主要體現(xiàn)在大學(xué)生的性別、學(xué)歷層次、就讀的大學(xué)類型以及大學(xué)生個人對亳州市人才吸引政策的了解度等方面;家庭因素主要表現(xiàn)為大學(xué)生所在家庭的戶口性質(zhì)、大學(xué)生與家庭的整體關(guān)系、家人對回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)的態(tài)度、家庭收入水平等;經(jīng)濟(jì)因素主要表現(xiàn)在薪資待遇、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、工作發(fā)展空間等方面;社會文化因素主要表現(xiàn)在社會保障、社會環(huán)境以及思想偏見等方面。在對影響因素進(jìn)行交叉分析之后,借助Logistic回歸分析的方法分析各種因素對亳州籍大學(xué)生回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)意愿選擇的影響方向。結(jié)合影響亳州籍大學(xué)生回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)的因素與國內(nèi)外有關(guān)促進(jìn)或吸引大學(xué)生就業(yè)的政策措施,筆者從政府、高校、家庭與大學(xué)生個人等角度提出相應(yīng)的對策建議,以期望達(dá)到促進(jìn)更多的亳州籍大學(xué)生回鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)的目的。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that "employment is the foundation of people's livelihood," and that it is necessary to "promote the realization of higher quality employment." it can be seen that promoting employment is of great practical significance. As the number of college graduates continues to rise, College students are facing more and more pressure of employment. In order to relieve the pressure of employment of college students, guide them to get a reasonable employment, at the same time inject fresh blood into the regional economic and social development, and provide intellectual support. Attracting college students to return home for employment has become the focus of attention of local party committees and governments at all levels. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the employment of college students returning home. This study is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly explains the research background and significance of the article, combs the current research situation at home and abroad, and then introduces the research ideas and research methods. Chapter two is the definition of the concept and the theoretical basis. The third chapter introduces the general situation of Bozhou City and the policy of attracting college students to return to their hometown for employment. Chapter four introduces the research design and research process. This paper also analyzes the employment intention and influencing factors of Bozhou college students, that is, mainly using SPSS software to analyze the questionnaire data. The fifth chapter is the experience of relevant policies at home and abroad. The introduction of foreign policies selected two countries: South Korea and India. It mainly introduces the policies of these two countries in attracting overseas talents to return home. The domestic policy introduction chooses Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, to introduce the policies and measures of these two cities in promoting the return of college students to their hometowns for employment. And summarizes the relevant experience or enlightenment. Chapter VI is to promote the Bozhou college students home employment countermeasures, mainly from the government, colleges and universities, The purpose of this study is to analyze the employment intention and influencing factors of Bozhou college students. After analyzing the questionnaire data, we find that Bozhou college students have low willingness to return to their hometown and tend to go to the cities with high economic development level. By using the SPSS chi-square test, we find that the factors that influence the students' willingness to return to their hometown include individual factors, family factors, economic factors and social and cultural factors, and so on. The individual factors of college students are mainly reflected in the gender of college students, the level of academic background, the types of universities they attend and the degree of understanding of individual students to the policy of attracting talents in Bozhou City. Family factors are mainly manifested in the hukou nature of the family in which the college students live, the overall relationship between the college students and the family, the attitude of the family towards returning to their hometown for employment, the level of family income, and so on; the economic factors are mainly reflected in salary treatment, infrastructure, etc. Social and cultural factors are mainly reflected in social security, social environment and ideological prejudice. By means of Logistic regression analysis, this paper analyzes the influence of various factors on the choice of employment intention of Bozhou college students, combining with the factors affecting the employment of Bozhou college students and the policies and measures of promoting or attracting college students' employment at home and abroad. The author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the angles of government, university, family and college students, in order to achieve the purpose of promoting more Bozhou college students to return to their hometown for employment.
