【摘要】：通過分析2013年中國社會狀況綜合調(diào)查(CSS2013)的數(shù)據(jù),對家庭遷移背景下農(nóng)民工工作滿意度的影響因素進行解讀,結(jié)果顯示,家庭中的隨遷人口和家庭矛盾會降低農(nóng)民工的工作滿意度,工作中的穩(wěn)定性和發(fā)展前景而非收入水平對提升農(nóng)民工工作滿意度有顯著影響,社會保障中的失業(yè)保險會提升農(nóng)民工的工作滿意度,社會資本和社會地位與農(nóng)民工工作滿意度密切相關(guān)。進一步研究表明,不同代際農(nóng)民工工作滿意度的影響因素存在較大差異,需要政府有針對性地為農(nóng)民工及其家庭提供福利保障。
[Abstract]:Through the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the 2013 China social status (CSS2013) data interpretation, factors of family migration influence job satisfaction of migrant workers under the background of the results show that the family of migrant population and family conflict will reduce migrant workers job satisfaction, stability and development prospects in the work and non income level has a significant impact on the promotion of migrant workers job satisfaction, social security of migrant workers unemployment insurance will enhance job satisfaction, social capital and social status of migrant workers and job satisfaction are closely related. Further research shows that there is a big difference between the factors influencing the satisfaction of different intergenerational work of migrant workers, the government needs to provide targeted welfare protection for migrant workers and their families.
