【摘要】：隨著我國社會(huì)保障保險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)的不斷提高,對經(jīng)濟(jì)體制發(fā)展的進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng),國家先后制定了醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度改革政策。我國醫(yī)療政策的重要部分之一便是城鎮(zhèn)職工基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)。其對于加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的公平化、決策的合理化及透明化產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響。本系統(tǒng)旨在提高城鎮(zhèn)職工醫(yī)保報(bào)銷效率,降低醫(yī)療資源消耗以及滿足醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)政策要求。針對城鎮(zhèn)職工醫(yī)療報(bào)銷特點(diǎn),功能上,本系統(tǒng)以醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)、投保對象、醫(yī)保中心作為業(yè)務(wù)主體,醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)可實(shí)現(xiàn)投保對象消費(fèi)記錄的錄入和查看等操作,投保對象可實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人賬戶信息的查看,報(bào)銷的申請和查看等,醫(yī)保中心可實(shí)現(xiàn)查看和審批報(bào)銷信息等操作,三種業(yè)務(wù)主體通過醫(yī)療消費(fèi)管理,醫(yī)療報(bào)銷管理,醫(yī)療賬戶管理,用戶管理模塊,全面實(shí)現(xiàn)了醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)管理的自動(dòng)化和科學(xué)化。技術(shù)方面,本系統(tǒng)采用瀏覽器、服務(wù)器結(jié)構(gòu),借助browser,使用者能夠與server進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的請求和應(yīng)答,軟件改造或日常運(yùn)行的消耗減少,客戶端負(fù)擔(dān)被減輕,使用者的整體花費(fèi)降低。SSH2框架的系統(tǒng)在作用方面被分為數(shù)據(jù)持久層、展示層、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層以及作用域模塊層。Struts2實(shí)現(xiàn)了報(bào)銷系統(tǒng)的MVC框架。Spring負(fù)責(zé)查詢、新建、搜索和管理對象及其間的相互依賴關(guān)系,同時(shí)其可使Hibernate和Struts2兩者工作更佳。系統(tǒng)為了減少用戶訪問對數(shù)據(jù)庫的壓力,引入了先進(jìn)的Redis技術(shù)作為MySQL緩存,提高了系統(tǒng)的高并發(fā)性。在論文最后,對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了單元測試,系統(tǒng)測試。測試確保了系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確性和可依賴性,為系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際推廣提供了保障。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the social security insurance system in China, the development of the economic system has been further strengthened. The state has successively formulated the reform policy of the medical insurance system. One of the important parts of our medical policy is the basic medical insurance for urban workers. The system aims to improve the efficiency of medical insurance reimbursement for urban workers, reduce the consumption of medical resources and meet the requirements of medical insurance policy. The system takes medical institution, insured object, medical insurance center as the main body of business, medical institution can realize the operation of inputting and checking the consumption record of insured object, and the insured object can realize the checking of personal account information, the application and view of reimbursement, etc. Medical insurance center can view and approve reimbursement information and other operations, three business entities through medical consumption management, medical reimbursement management, medical account management, user management module, In terms of technology, the system adopts browser and server structure, with the help of browser, users can request and reply data with server, and the consumption of software modification or daily operation is reduced. The user's overall cost is reduced. SSH2 framework system is divided into data persistence layer, presentation layer, business logic layer and scope module layer. Struts2 implements the MVC framework of reimbursement system. Searching and managing objects and their interdependence can make both Hibernate and Struts2 work better. In order to reduce the pressure of user access to the database, the system introduced advanced Redis technology as MySQL cache. The high concurrency of the system is improved. At the end of the paper, the unit test and system test are carried out. The test ensures the accuracy and dependability of the system, and provides the guarantee for the practical popularization of the system.
