【摘要】：城市化快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,戶(hù)籍制度引發(fā)的各種社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展問(wèn)題的討論很多,以戶(hù)籍制度為背景探討農(nóng)轉(zhuǎn)非居民身份融合是法學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的交叉點(diǎn),構(gòu)成社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的重要內(nèi)容。本文以2010年"中國(guó)家庭動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤調(diào)查(CFPS)"家戶(hù)微觀數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),研究農(nóng)轉(zhuǎn)非居民的戶(hù)籍轉(zhuǎn)變與身份融合問(wèn)題。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)轉(zhuǎn)非城鎮(zhèn)居民和原住城鎮(zhèn)居民相比較,其收入水平和受教育程度都相對(duì)較低、工作單位更不穩(wěn)定、社會(huì)保障程度更低,存在顯著的身份差異,而教育和家庭背景是影響身份差異的兩個(gè)重要變量。進(jìn)一步的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),控制住教育、健康、社會(huì)背景、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)等因素的影響之后,隨著年齡增長(zhǎng),身份差異逐漸縮小,這表明,城市化并不是簡(jiǎn)單的戶(hù)籍轉(zhuǎn)變,"農(nóng)民"向"市民"的身份過(guò)渡是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期而漸近的社會(huì)融合過(guò)程,城市化過(guò)程絕對(duì)不能是配套措施缺失前提下的"土地?fù)Q戶(hù)籍"短期行為。本文的研究結(jié)論對(duì)于推動(dòng)健康合理的城市化進(jìn)程、實(shí)現(xiàn)包容發(fā)展和促進(jìn)和諧社會(huì)建設(shè),具有一定的理論研究?jī)r(jià)值和決策參考意義。
[Abstract]:In the period of rapid development of urbanization, there are a lot of discussions on various social and economic development problems caused by the household registration system. It is the intersection of law, sociology and economics to discuss the integration of the identity of non-residents in rural transition from rural to rural areas in the background of the household registration system. Based on the microcosmic data of Chinese Family dynamic tracking Survey (CFPS) in 2010, this paper studies the problems of household registration transformation and identity fusion of non-rural residents. Compared with the urban residents living in rural areas, the income level and education level are relatively low, the work units are more unstable, the social security level is lower, and there are significant differences in status. However, education and family background are two important variables that influence identity differences. Further studies have found that after controlling the influence of factors such as education, health, social background and social network, the difference in identity gradually shrinks with the increase of age. This shows that urbanization is not a simple change of household registration, and the transition from "farmer" to "citizen" is a long-term and gradual process of social integration. The process of urbanization must not be the short-term behavior of "land for household registration" under the premise of lack of supporting measures. The conclusions of this paper can promote the healthy and reasonable urbanization process, realize inclusive development and promote the construction of a harmonious society. It has certain theoretical research value and decision-making reference significance.
