【摘要】：康復(fù)醫(yī)院是醫(yī)療組織中的重要組成部分,是國家衛(wèi)生方針政策的具體執(zhí)行者。在當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展迅速的背景下,現(xiàn)代人更加關(guān)注身心的健康,隨著社會(huì)老齡化程度的加深,我國人口結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)生了轉(zhuǎn)變,這在很大程度上也影響了我國的醫(yī)療社會(huì)保障體制,尤其是對(duì)醫(yī)療、健康、養(yǎng)老體制的影響更是非常直接。康復(fù)醫(yī)院作為重要的分支,就要不斷加強(qiáng)自身管理,注重干部的培養(yǎng),強(qiáng)化責(zé)任意識(shí)和服務(wù)意識(shí),培養(yǎng)一支能夠科學(xué)管理、并具有奉獻(xiàn)精神和創(chuàng)新思維的服務(wù)性干部隊(duì)伍,才能更好地幫助康復(fù)醫(yī)院開展管理,更好的服務(wù)病患。
[Abstract]:Rehabilitation hospital is an important part of medical organization and the concrete executor of national health policy. Under the background of rapid social development, modern people pay more attention to physical and mental health. With the deepening of the aging of society, The population structure of our country has changed, which to a great extent has also affected the medical social security system of our country, especially to the medical treatment, health, and pension system. Rehabilitation hospital is an important branch. We must constantly strengthen our own management, pay attention to the training of cadres, strengthen our sense of responsibility and service, and cultivate a contingent of service cadres capable of scientific management, with dedication and innovative thinking. In order to better help the rehabilitation hospital to carry out the management, better service patients.
