福清市農(nóng)村留守兒童假期生活的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:在中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展前提下,社會(huì)也隨之進(jìn)入到一個(gè)重要的轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期。在農(nóng)村大量勞動(dòng)力的輸出創(chuàng)造可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時(shí),留守兒童的出現(xiàn)及其相關(guān)問題也日益突出,特別在人身安全、個(gè)性塑造、思想品性、學(xué)業(yè)成績等方面,都表現(xiàn)出了不容樂觀的問題。如何消除留守兒童成長中的諸多不利因素,已經(jīng)成為了全社會(huì)需要共同思考的話題。兒童是否能享有一個(gè)豐富多彩的假期生活,大大影響著他們行為和人格的全面發(fā)展。本文旨在通過調(diào)查留守兒童的假期生活現(xiàn)況,深入、細(xì)致地了解假期生活對(duì)他們的影響,思考提升留守兒童假期生活質(zhì)量的方法,為留守兒童創(chuàng)造更好的假期生活提出理論與實(shí)踐方面的建議和意見。本文應(yīng)用了需要層次理論、人格發(fā)展理論、社會(huì)控制理論和生態(tài)發(fā)展理論,從留守兒童在假期生活的表現(xiàn)出發(fā),通過分析留守兒童假期生活存有的問題,提出對(duì)應(yīng)的意見建議。主要是加大招商引資力度,大力發(fā)展城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì),提供更多的就業(yè)崗位,避免勞動(dòng)力外流,從而減少留守兒童這一群體的數(shù)量。狠狠打破戶籍制度的這塊體制堅(jiān)冰,讓留守兒童不再留守,可以與父母一起生活學(xué)習(xí)。為了調(diào)查結(jié)果更具代表性,采取抽樣調(diào)查方法,訪問了漁溪鎮(zhèn)、港頭鎮(zhèn)、城頭鎮(zhèn)、龍?zhí)镦?zhèn)和高山鎮(zhèn)的留守兒童及監(jiān)護(hù)人各50位,通過訪談對(duì)留守兒童假期生活進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),倡導(dǎo)監(jiān)護(hù)人從思想上認(rèn)識(shí)假期生活的豐富性是兒童成長的關(guān)鍵,鼓勵(lì)和支持留守兒童在假期多走出家門,參加有益活動(dòng),社會(huì)組織要多管齊下,切實(shí)為留守兒童的成長提供強(qiáng)有力的政策保障和環(huán)境保障。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the society has also entered an important period of transition. While the export of a large number of rural labor force has created considerable economic benefits, the emergence of left-behind children and their related problems have become increasingly prominent. Especially in the aspects of personal security, personality shaping, ideological character, academic achievement and so on, there are many problems that are not optimistic. How to eliminate many unfavorable factors in the growth of left-behind children, Whether children can enjoy a colorful holiday life has greatly affected their behavior and overall development of personality. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current situation of holiday life of left-behind children. Deeply and meticulously understand the impact of holiday life on them, and think about ways to improve the quality of holiday life of left-behind children. In this paper, the theory of hierarchy of needs, the theory of personality development, the theory of social control and the theory of ecological development are put forward. Starting from the performance of left-behind children in their holiday lives, through analyzing the problems existing in the holiday life of left-behind children, the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions. It is mainly to increase efforts to attract investment, vigorously develop the urban and rural economy, and provide more jobs. Avoid the outflow of labor, thus reducing the number of left-behind children. Break the system of household registration hard, so that children left behind can live and study with their parents. In order to be more representative of the results of the survey, With the method of sample survey, we interviewed 50 left-behind children and their guardians in Yuxi Town, Port Town, Chengtou Town, Longtian Town and Gaoshan Town, and analyzed and summarized the holiday life of left-behind children through interviews. Advocating guardians to understand the richness of holiday life is the key to the growth of children, encouraging and supporting left-behind children to go out of their homes and participate in beneficial activities during the holidays, social organizations should take a multi-pronged approach. Effectively provide strong policy and environmental protection for the growth of left-behind children.
