【摘要】：構(gòu)建和諧鄰里關(guān)系是新農(nóng)村建設(shè)"生產(chǎn)發(fā)展""生活寬裕"目標(biāo)的重要基礎(chǔ)、"鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明""村容整潔"目標(biāo)的必然要求、"民主管理"目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)。但目前我國(guó)農(nóng)村地區(qū)存在鄰里間瑣事隔閡、家庭背景差異糾紛、經(jīng)濟(jì)力量懸殊矛盾等不和諧現(xiàn)象,必須加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村道德和法制建設(shè)、農(nóng)村基層組織建設(shè),建立和完善農(nóng)村社會(huì)保障體系。
[Abstract]:Building a harmonious neighborhood relationship is the important foundation of the goal of "production development" and "rich life" in the construction of new countryside, the inevitable requirement of the goal of "rural civilization" and "clean and tidy village", and the foundation of realizing the goal of "democratic management". But at present, the goal of "democratic management" is realized in our country. In the village area there is a gap between the trifles in the neighborhood, It is necessary to strengthen the construction of rural morality and legal system, the construction of rural grass-roots organizations, and the establishment and improvement of rural social security system.
