【摘要】：實施全民參保計劃是"十三五"時期社會保障工作的重要任務。從信息化角度,保障全民參保計劃實施,重點抓好四個方面,一是建設全民參保登記系統(tǒng),暢通參保登記渠道,登記未參保人員,促進參保;二是完善聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),建設持卡人員基礎信息庫,共享數(shù)據(jù),標記未參全人員,查清補齊,推進參保;三是推動社會保險關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)移系統(tǒng)建設應用,實現(xiàn)社保關(guān)系順暢接轉(zhuǎn),促進續(xù)保;四是利用比對查詢系統(tǒng),歸并去重,消除重復參保。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the universal participation plan is an important task for social security work during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. From the perspective of information technology, to ensure the implementation of the universal participation plan, we should focus on four aspects: first, to build a universal participation registration system and to unblock the registration channels for participation in insurance. The second is to improve the network monitoring system, build the basic information base of the card holders, share data, mark all the uninsured, check and fill out, and promote the participation in the insurance; The third is to promote the construction and application of social insurance relationship transfer system, to realize the smooth transfer of social security relationship, and to promote the renewal of insurance.
