【摘要】：本文就農(nóng)村社會(huì)保障支出與農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)之間的關(guān)系,構(gòu)建面板門(mén)限模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村社保支出與農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)并不是呈現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)單的線性相關(guān)關(guān)系。因?yàn)?在農(nóng)村社保強(qiáng)度較低的時(shí)候,農(nóng)村社保支出并不會(huì)增加農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi),從而使得社會(huì)保障支出進(jìn)入"吉芬陷進(jìn)";只有當(dāng)農(nóng)村社保支出持續(xù)增加并超過(guò)某一臨界值時(shí),農(nóng)村社保支出對(duì)于消費(fèi)的貢獻(xiàn)程度才會(huì)發(fā)生躍遷,呈現(xiàn)正向相關(guān)關(guān)系。因此,政府對(duì)于農(nóng)村社保的消費(fèi)效應(yīng)持有較為長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的眼光,持續(xù)投入、逐步完善,才能激發(fā)農(nóng)村居民的消費(fèi)。
[Abstract]:Based on the empirical analysis of the relationship between rural social security expenditure and rural residents' consumption, this paper constructs a panel threshold model and finds that the relationship between rural social security expenditure and rural residents' consumption is not a simple linear correlation. When the intensity of rural social security is low, rural social security spending does not increase rural residents' consumption, thus making social security expenditure "Jifen trap"; only when rural social security expenditure continues to increase and exceed a certain threshold, The contribution of rural social security expenditure to consumption will change, showing a positive correlation. Therefore, the government has a longer term view on the consumption effect of rural social security, continuously invested, and gradually improved. Can stimulate the consumption of rural residents.
