我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入的區(qū)域差異及影響因素研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和收入分配制度的不斷變革,居民收入水平不斷提高,財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入從無(wú)到有,并且已逐漸成為居民收入的重要分支來(lái)源和新增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。然而在其不斷增長(zhǎng)的同時(shí),地區(qū)間的財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入差距也在逐漸變大,進(jìn)一步拉大了總體收入差距,不利于區(qū)域的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展和社會(huì)的和諧穩(wěn)定。本文以城鎮(zhèn)居民的財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入為研究對(duì)象,首先構(gòu)建了財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入影響因素的理論分析框架,探討了財(cái)產(chǎn)基礎(chǔ)、市場(chǎng)基礎(chǔ)、制度基礎(chǔ)、個(gè)體因素對(duì)財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入的具體影響及其影響機(jī)制。接著從數(shù)量、增速、來(lái)源結(jié)構(gòu)三個(gè)角度對(duì)比分析了東中西部三個(gè)地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入的差異特征,并通過(guò)泰爾指數(shù)分解法測(cè)算了三個(gè)地區(qū)內(nèi)部和地區(qū)間的財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入差異程度。在區(qū)域差異現(xiàn)狀和影響因素理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇了相應(yīng)的解釋指標(biāo),利用1998-2014年全國(guó)30個(gè)省(市)的面板數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建了東中西部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入影響因素回歸模型,實(shí)證計(jì)量各影響因素對(duì)各地區(qū)財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入的影響效應(yīng)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),區(qū)域間的財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入差異程度在不斷擴(kuò)大,東部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入在數(shù)量和增速上更具優(yōu)勢(shì),各地區(qū)的財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入來(lái)源都以房屋出租收入、股息和紅利收入為主,其中東部地區(qū)這兩者的占比和最高。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明財(cái)產(chǎn)基礎(chǔ)指標(biāo)對(duì)三大地區(qū)都有顯著的正向影響;居民儲(chǔ)蓄率對(duì)西部地區(qū)有顯著的正向影響,證券交易規(guī)模占比對(duì)東中部地區(qū)有顯著的正向影響,房地產(chǎn)交易規(guī)模占比與東部和西部地區(qū)正相關(guān),與中部地區(qū)的關(guān)系不顯著;個(gè)稅稅負(fù)對(duì)東中西部地區(qū)有顯著的負(fù)向影響,社會(huì)保障制度與東中部地區(qū)正相關(guān);受教育程度對(duì)東部地區(qū)有顯著的正向影響,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)厭惡度與東中西部地區(qū)都呈負(fù)向關(guān)。根據(jù)此分析結(jié)果本文提出了兩方面對(duì)策建議,以促進(jìn)各地區(qū)居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)的同時(shí)縮小區(qū)域間的差距。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's social economy and the constant change of income distribution system, the income level of the residents is constantly improving, and the property income goes from scratch to existence. And it has gradually become an important branch source and a new growth point of residents' income. However, with its continuous growth, the property income gap among regions is also gradually increasing, further widening the overall income gap. This paper takes the property income of the urban residents as the research object, constructs the theoretical analysis frame of the influence factors of the property income, discusses the property foundation, the market foundation, and so on, which is not conducive to the harmonious development of the region and the harmony and stability of the society. The institutional basis, the specific influence of individual factors on property income and its influence mechanism. Then, from three angles of quantity, growth rate and source structure, the paper compares and analyzes the difference characteristics of urban residents' property income in the three regions of east, west and west. Based on the theoretical analysis of the present situation of the regional differences and the influencing factors, the corresponding explanatory indicators are selected, and the degree of property income difference within and among the three regions is calculated by using the Thiel index decomposition method. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces (cities) in China from 1998 to 2014, a regression model of the influencing factors of property income of urban residents in the east, west and west regions is established, and the effects of the influencing factors on the property income of each region are empirically measured. The difference of property income between regions is increasing, and the property income of urban residents in eastern region has more advantages in terms of quantity and growth. The main sources of property income in each region are rental income, dividend and bonus income. The empirical results show that the property base index has a significant positive impact on the three major regions, and the resident savings rate has a significant positive impact on the western region. The proportion of securities trading scale has a significant positive impact on the eastern central region, the real estate transaction scale has a positive correlation with the eastern and western regions, but not a significant relationship with the central region, and the tax burden has a significant negative impact on the eastern, western and western regions. The social security system is positively correlated with the eastern central region, and the education level has a significant positive impact on the eastern region, and the risk aversion is negatively related to the eastern, western and central regions. Based on the results of the analysis, this paper puts forward two countermeasures and suggestions. In order to promote the stable growth of property income of residents in various regions while narrowing the gap between regions.
