【摘要】：筆者利用2010年中國綜合社會調(diào)查(簡稱CGSS)數(shù)據(jù),采用因子分析法與回歸分析法,探討社會保障、社會資本等因素對農(nóng)村老年農(nóng)民健康的影響。因子分析表明,社會信任分為特殊信任和一般信任兩個因子;老年農(nóng)民健康分為主觀自評健康、客觀心理健康與客觀軀體健康3個因子。回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療保險、新型農(nóng)村基本養(yǎng)老保險因素對農(nóng)村老年農(nóng)民健康均無促進作用;特殊信任因子對農(nóng)村老年農(nóng)民主觀自評健康因子具有統(tǒng)計顯著性,一般信任因子對其具有負向統(tǒng)計顯著性。研究認為,完善農(nóng)村社會保障制度、提升農(nóng)村社會資本存量和發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟是提升農(nóng)村老年農(nóng)民健康水平的重要路徑。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China Comprehensive Social Survey (CGSS) in 2010, the author uses factor analysis and regression analysis to explore the influence of social security, social capital and other factors on the health of rural elderly farmers. Social trust is divided into two factors: special trust and general trust, and the health of the elderly farmers is divided into three factors: subjective self-assessment health, objective mental health and objective physical health. The new rural basic old-age insurance has no effect on the health of the rural elderly farmers, and the special trust factor has statistical significance to the rural elderly farmers' subjective self-assessment of the health factors. The general trust factor has a negative statistical significance to it. The study holds that improving the rural social security system, promoting the rural social capital stock and developing the rural economy are the important ways to improve the health level of the rural elderly farmers.
