【摘要】：在用人單位特別是工業(yè)企業(yè)中,員工在工作時可能會發(fā)生工傷,此時將需要對工傷人員進行工傷鑒定并將工傷人員信息以及鑒定信息記錄下來,社會保障工傷管理部門根據(jù)這些信息對工傷人員劃分工傷級別并給予相應(yīng)的工傷待遇。傳統(tǒng)工傷人員管理都是人工進行操作,如人工用紙張文件的方式記錄工傷人員的信息,人工判定工傷級別等,當(dāng)用人單位或轄區(qū)工傷人員較多時,這樣人工的記錄方式將顯得非常繁瑣且容易出錯,也不利于信息的查詢以及保存,工傷人員管理若不能有效的處理好,將大大影響用人單位職工的安全感和自信心,因此非常不利于用人單位各項事業(yè)的發(fā)展。隨著社會的發(fā)展,這是各行各業(yè)迫切關(guān)心的問題。本文作者在社會保障行政部門從事工傷保險管理工作。根據(jù)“三定”方案的設(shè)置,工傷認(rèn)定、勞動能力鑒定是工傷保險管理中的重要工作內(nèi)容。隨著職工和用人單位維權(quán)意識的提高,申請工傷和勞動能力鑒定的人員越來越多,數(shù)據(jù)管理和信息化處理成為工傷保險管理的基礎(chǔ)性工程。江西金保二期工程是進一步利用先進的信息技術(shù),以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為依托,提升社會保障服務(wù)水平的電子政務(wù)工程。工傷人員管理系統(tǒng),是面向用人單位特別是工業(yè)企業(yè)用于管理工傷職工的數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)。這個系統(tǒng)的建立,有利于提高員工對單位的安全度和信心度,有利于加強用人單位對工傷職工的信息管理,有利于對工傷保險管理宏觀決策提供依據(jù)。首先本文介紹了工傷登記流程、工傷認(rèn)定流程、勞動能力鑒定流程、工傷人員基本信息流程以及工傷登記變更流程;然后根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)流程介紹了系統(tǒng)的功能流程,并添加了系統(tǒng)用戶管理功能流程,以及詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu);最后分析了系統(tǒng)中涉及到的數(shù)據(jù)。江西金保二期工程工傷人員管理系統(tǒng)能夠便捷有效地管理工傷人員系統(tǒng),以便提高員工對用人單位的信心度,并也為以后建立更加全面的工傷管理系統(tǒng)打下基礎(chǔ),具有實際意義以及前瞻意義。
[Abstract]:In the employer, especially in the industrial enterprise, the employee may have an injury at work. At this time, it will be necessary to identify the injury and record the information and information of the worker. According to these information, the administrative department of social security injury injury classifies the work-related injury personnel and gives them the corresponding work-related injury treatment. The traditional management of industrial injury personnel is manual operation, such as the manual recording of the information of the injury personnel by means of paper files. When the employer or the area under the jurisdiction has a large number of work-related injury personnel, the manual recording method will be very cumbersome and error-prone, and will not be conducive to the query and preservation of information. If the management of work-related injuries cannot be handled effectively, it will greatly affect the sense of security and self-confidence of the employees of the employing units, so it is very detrimental to the development of various undertakings of the employing units. With the development of society, This is an issue of urgent concern to various industries. The author is engaged in the administration of industrial injury insurance in the social security administrative department. The appraisal of labor ability is an important work content in the management of industrial injury insurance. With the improvement of the awareness of protecting the rights of workers and employers, more and more people apply for the appraisal of industrial injury and labor ability. Data management and information processing have become the basic projects for the management of industrial injury insurance. The second phase of Jiangxi Jinbao Project is to further utilize advanced information technology and rely on the network. E-government project to improve the level of social security services. The work injury personnel Management system is a data system for employers, especially industrial enterprises, used to manage industrial injury workers. It is beneficial to improve the degree of safety and confidence of employees to the unit, to strengthen the information management of the employer to the workers at work injury, and to provide the basis for macro decision of the management of industrial injury insurance. First, this paper introduces the process of industrial injury registration. The industrial injury identification process, the labor ability identification process, the basic information flow of the work-related injury personnel and the change process of the industrial injury registration; then, according to the business process, the function process of the system is introduced, and the system user management function flow is added. Finally, it analyzes the data involved in the system. Jiangxi Jinbao Phase II Project injury personnel Management system can easily and effectively manage the industrial injury personnel system in order to improve the employees' confidence in the employer. It also lays a foundation for the establishment of a more comprehensive industrial injury management system in the future, which has practical significance and prospective significance.
