【摘要】：建筑施工企業(yè)屬于勞動密集型企業(yè),勞動力資源是企業(yè)最重要的資源之一,然而建筑勞務(wù)用工存在著諸多問題,制約了建筑企業(yè)的發(fā)展,亟待研究解決。本文首先回顧了我國勞務(wù)用工制度的發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀及我國現(xiàn)行的有關(guān)勞務(wù)用工的法律法規(guī)制度,然后從建筑勞務(wù)人員技術(shù)素質(zhì)、社會保障、老齡化、勞務(wù)供求關(guān)系變化等方面的問題入手,對建筑勞務(wù)企業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、建筑勞務(wù)人員職業(yè)技能、勞動合同簽訂以及參加社會保險情況等進行了調(diào)查分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,就建筑勞務(wù)公司發(fā)展、建筑勞務(wù)市場制度建設(shè)、勞務(wù)人員的職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)、勞務(wù)人員權(quán)益保障等四個方面進行深入的探討,并為解決勞務(wù)用工中的隊伍不穩(wěn)定、技術(shù)素質(zhì)差等問題提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。期望研究的成果能有助于建筑企業(yè)及勞務(wù)分包企業(yè)健康發(fā)展,有助于促進建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Construction enterprises belong to labor-intensive enterprises, and labor resources are one of the most important resources of enterprises. However, there are many problems in the employment of construction services, which restrict the development of construction enterprises. This paper first reviews the development course, the present situation and the current laws and regulations of labor employment system in our country, and then starts with the technical quality, social security and aging of the construction workers. Starting with the change of labor supply and demand, this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the development of construction labor enterprises, the vocational skills of construction workers, the signing of labor contracts and the participation in social insurance. The development of construction labor companies, the construction of the construction labor market system, the vocational skills training of labor workers, and the protection of labor workers' rights and interests are discussed in depth, and in order to solve the instability of the labor force, It is expected that the research results will contribute to the healthy development of construction enterprises and labor subcontracting enterprises and promote the development of the construction industry.
