【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,公司為了保障職工社會福利,解決職工住房問題,開始投資建設職工住宅。但對于職工個人與企業(yè)之間各自的利益問題會產(chǎn)生一些糾紛,這些問題會加劇員工與企業(yè)之間的矛盾與隔閡。因此,企業(yè)必須切實找到對企業(yè)住宅管理的有方案。本文從分析職工住宅管理中存在的問題為切入點,全面了解目前職工住宅管理的基本情況,針對存在的問題制定有效的措施來改善職工住房房產(chǎn)管理,提出更加科學合理的優(yōu)化方案,希望通過本文的研究能夠更全面的了解目前企業(yè)職工住宅管理的基本情況,也為后期更好的管理企業(yè)職工住宅提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of the real estate industry in China, the company in order to protect the social welfare of workers, to solve the housing problem of workers. Start to invest in the construction of employee housing. However, there will be some disputes about the interests of individual employees and enterprises, which will aggravate the contradiction and estrangement between employees and enterprises. The enterprise must find the plan for the management of the enterprise residence. This article analyzes the problems existing in the management of the employees' residence as the starting point, and comprehensively understands the basic situation of the current housing management of the staff and workers. In view of the existing problems to formulate effective measures to improve the housing property management of workers put forward a more scientific and reasonable optimization plan. It is hoped that through the research of this paper, we can understand the basic situation of the present enterprise employee housing management more comprehensively, and also provide the reference for the later better management of the enterprise employee residence.
