【摘要】：貧困是一種社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化現(xiàn)象,它涉及到人類的生存和發(fā)展[1],雖然我國經(jīng)濟(jì)在飛速發(fā)展,但是貧困現(xiàn)象仍舊十分嚴(yán)峻,特別是"老、少、邊、窮"地區(qū),反貧困任務(wù)依舊十分艱巨。農(nóng)牧民由于生活的自然條件差、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入單一以及思想觀念落后等原因?qū)е律钐幱谪毨�。本文通過分析牧民貧困的現(xiàn)象及存在問題,來提出解決牧民生活貧困的對(duì)策及建議。
[Abstract]:Poverty is a social, economic and cultural phenomenon, which involves the survival and development of human beings. [In spite of the rapid economic development in our country, the phenomenon of poverty is still very severe, especially in the "old, small, border, poor" areas, the task of anti-poverty is still very arduous. The farmers and herdsmen live in poor natural conditions. This paper analyzes the phenomenon and problems of herdsmen's poverty, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of herdsmen's living in poverty.
