【摘要】：近年來(lái),社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷進(jìn)步的背景下,我國(guó)為了實(shí)現(xiàn)全面發(fā)展,積極實(shí)施了社會(huì)保障和救助等政策,受到了人們的廣泛關(guān)注。然而,我國(guó)在實(shí)施民政救助的過(guò)程中,并沒(méi)有一個(gè)統(tǒng)一而科學(xué)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),導(dǎo)致我國(guó)民政救助存在力度不足等現(xiàn)狀。在這種情況下,加強(qiáng)民政救助制度的探究,采取有效措施促使民政救助制度得到有效構(gòu)建,發(fā)揮更大功能為人民服務(wù)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous progress of social economy, in order to achieve comprehensive development, China has actively implemented social security and assistance policies, which have been widely concerned. In the process of implementing civil aid, there is not a unified and scientific standard, which leads to the lack of strength of civil assistance in our country. In this case, strengthen the exploration of civil aid system. It is of great significance to take effective measures to promote the effective construction of civil aid system and to play a greater role in serving the people.
