【摘要】：近年來,社會經(jīng)濟不斷進步的背景下,我國為了實現(xiàn)全面發(fā)展,積極實施了社會保障和救助等政策,受到了人們的廣泛關(guān)注。然而,我國在實施民政救助的過程中,并沒有一個統(tǒng)一而科學(xué)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),導(dǎo)致我國民政救助存在力度不足等現(xiàn)狀。在這種情況下,加強民政救助制度的探究,采取有效措施促使民政救助制度得到有效構(gòu)建,發(fā)揮更大功能為人民服務(wù)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous progress of social economy, in order to achieve comprehensive development, China has actively implemented social security and assistance policies, which have been widely concerned. In the process of implementing civil aid, there is not a unified and scientific standard, which leads to the lack of strength of civil assistance in our country. In this case, strengthen the exploration of civil aid system. It is of great significance to take effective measures to promote the effective construction of civil aid system and to play a greater role in serving the people.
