【摘要】：隨著社會主義制度的不斷完善和發(fā)展,社保基金作為維護(hù)社會穩(wěn)定和國家長期發(fā)展承擔(dān)的作用越來越重要。但在現(xiàn)實中我國社保基金還存在著諸如資金運作不透明、投資結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、政府監(jiān)管機制不完善等問題。如何積極有效運用好社�；�,不斷克服人口老齡化和通貨膨脹等問題帶來的挑戰(zhàn),針對上述問題應(yīng)在開展多元化投資、完善監(jiān)督管理機制,監(jiān)控資金運作等方面進(jìn)一步提升和改善社�；鸬耐顿Y水平,積極推進(jìn)社會保障事業(yè)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development and improvement of the socialist system, the social security fund is to maintain social stability and national long-term development is more and more important role to bear. But in the reality of China's social security funds still exist, such as capital operation opaque, unreasonable investment structure, government supervision mechanism is not perfect. How to effectively use the social security fund. To overcome the aging population and inflation challenge, in view of the above problems should be carried out in the diversification of investment, improve supervision and management mechanism, monitoring of capital operation and other aspects to further enhance and improve the social security fund investment level, and actively promote the steady development of the cause of social security.
