第30卷第3期 統(tǒng)計研究 Vo1．30。No．3 2013年 3月 Statis廿calResearch M ar．2013 社會保障對城鄉(xiāng)家庭消費的影響研究 方匡南 章紫藝 內容提要：本文基于 ccss 中國城鄉(xiāng)居民生活綜合調查 2006年的家庭微觀調查數(shù)據(jù)分析了我國城鄉(xiāng)家庭消 費支出的分布特征，按有無社會保障把城鄉(xiāng)家庭分別分為兩組，利用分位數(shù)回歸方法研究不同消費層次上，社會保 障對城鄉(xiāng)家庭消費的影響，并利用反事實分析與分位數(shù)分解方法對這兩組家庭消費差異進行研究。主要結論有 ： 有社會保障家庭人均消費要高于無社會保障家庭人均消費，消費收入彈性呈 “幾”字型，有社會保障和無社會保障 家庭的消費差異主要是 由收人、地產財富等差異造成 的。最后 ，提出了具有針對性的政策建議 。 關鍵詞 ：社會保障；消費差異 ；反事實分析 中圖分類號：C812 文獻標識碼 ：A 文章編號：1002―4565 2013 03―0051―08 Studyon EffectsofSocialSecurityon HouseholdConsumption FangKuangnan ＆ ZhangZiyi Abstract：Inthispaper，weexaminedthedistributionofconsumptionexpenditureusingthemircosurveydataof “a comprehensivesurveyofChineseurbanandruralresidents”from CGSS in2006．Ruralandurbanresidentsareseparately groupedintotwogroups，，withsocialsecurityandwithoutsocialsecurity．QuantileregressionisusedtOstudytheeffectsof socialsecurity on household consumption on different consumption levels． Counterfaetual analysis and quantile decompositionare used to decompose the differences between the two groups’ household consumption． The main conclusionsare：average basicconsumption expenditureofhouseholdswith socialsecurity ismuchhigherthan thatof householdswithoutsecurity．Finally，targetedpolicyrecommendationwasproposed． Keywords：SocialSecurity；ConsumerInequality；Counter―factualAnalysis 性 ，從而減少預防性儲蓄，擴大消費。盡管各種理論 一
