【摘要】:社保應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)關(guān)系到每個(gè)人的切身利益,確保其正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和可靠計(jì)算至關(guān)重要,而網(wǎng)絡(luò)是各個(gè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ),所以,對(duì)社保系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)需要建立高質(zhì)量的運(yùn)行維護(hù)系統(tǒng),以使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)安全、可靠運(yùn)行并能發(fā)揮各個(gè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的效用。2012年,隨著浙江省異地就醫(yī)“一卡通”項(xiàng)目的全面鋪開和社會(huì)保障卡發(fā)放數(shù)量的不斷增加,建設(shè)全省統(tǒng)一的聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)變得更加迫在眉睫。 論文詳細(xì)分析了浙江社保網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)維的實(shí)際需求,給出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,并采用J2EE技術(shù)和MVC架構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)省、市、縣三級(jí)部署的分布式B/S架構(gòu)的運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由集中監(jiān)控、告警管理、應(yīng)急資源和配置管理四個(gè)模塊組成,其中集中監(jiān)控模塊通過(guò)拓?fù)鋱D的方式展現(xiàn)所屬轄區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備和安全設(shè)備的運(yùn)行情況和告警信息,同時(shí)上級(jí)可查看下級(jí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng);告警管理模塊主要實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控的告警信息進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理;應(yīng)急資源模塊負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)應(yīng)急隊(duì)伍、應(yīng)急設(shè)備、知識(shí)庫(kù)等三方面進(jìn)行管理;配置管理模塊是對(duì)聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)初始化參數(shù)進(jìn)行配置的功能模塊。系統(tǒng)采用J2EE技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn),由MVC三層體系結(jié)構(gòu),即展現(xiàn)層(View)、控制層(Controller)、模型層(Model)所構(gòu)成,并采用面向服務(wù)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)思想和基于關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的對(duì)象化存儲(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)。 經(jīng)紹興、衢州兩個(gè)地區(qū)的試用,該系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)已在全省推廣使用。目前,該系統(tǒng)省端日均產(chǎn)生30多條告警,其中有效告警9條,通過(guò)告警和拓?fù)鋱D展現(xiàn)極大縮短了故障處理的時(shí)間,并將一些故障消除在其產(chǎn)生影響前。該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)對(duì)各地異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的“監(jiān)、管、控”,實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)維工作的日常管理、應(yīng)急處理和聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控,提高了全省的運(yùn)維水平和管理效率。
[Abstract]:Social security application system is related to the vital interests of everyone, to ensure its normal operation and reliable computing is essential, and the network is the basis of each system, so. The network of social security system needs to establish a high-quality operation and maintenance system to make the network system safe, reliable operation and can play the role of each application system. 2012. With the expansion of the "one Card" program and the increasing number of social security cards in Zhejiang Province, the construction of a unified network monitoring and maintenance system is becoming more and more urgent. The paper analyzes the actual demand of Zhejiang social security network operation and maintenance in detail, gives the design scheme of network monitoring operation and maintenance system, and uses J2EE technology and MVC architecture to realize a province and city. The system consists of four modules: centralized monitoring, alarm management, emergency resource management and configuration management. The centralized monitoring module displays the operation and alarm information of the network, network equipment and security equipment in its jurisdiction by topology diagram, while the superior can view the subordinate monitoring system; The alarm management module mainly realizes the unified management of the alarm information in the network monitoring operation and maintenance system. The emergency resource module is responsible for the management of emergency team, emergency equipment and knowledge base. Configuration management module is a function module to configure initialization parameters of network monitoring and maintenance system. J2EE technology is used to realize the system. The system is implemented by MVC three-tier architecture, that is, display layer view. Control layer (Model layer) is composed of Service-Oriented Software Design and Object-based Storage Design based on Relational Database. Through the trial of Shaoxing and Quzhou, the system has been popularized and used in the whole province. At present, the system produces more than 30 alerts per day, of which 9 are effective. Alarm and topology show greatly shorten the time of fault processing, and eliminate some faults before their influence. The system can monitor, manage and control the heterogeneous network environment. The daily management, emergency handling and network monitoring of operation and maintenance work have been realized, and the operation and maintenance level and management efficiency of the province have been improved.
