在亞洲中部位置的哈薩克斯坦國,作為世界上最大的內(nèi)陸國。哈薩克斯坦,資源豐富,國內(nèi)不斷追求政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定和飛速發(fā)展。哈薩克斯坦作為中亞地區(qū)面積最大的國家,與中國有1700公里的陸上邊界線,兩國在各個貿(mào)易合作等方面存在這巨大的發(fā)展空間,尤其是農(nóng)業(yè)資源和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場等方面,大力發(fā)展中哈農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作關(guān)系,對兩國農(nóng)業(yè)的健康穩(wěn)定快速的發(fā)展都有重要意義。自1978年中國實行改革開放以來,市場經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力也得到前所未有的提高,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場已由過去的“賣方市場”發(fā)展成為“買方市場”,與此同時,中國農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅受到資源的約束,還受到市場的約束。自中國加入WTO后,伴隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的進(jìn)程,中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)快速融入世界經(jīng)濟(jì)當(dāng)中。充分調(diào)動國際資源市場,農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作已成為中國重點合作領(lǐng)域之一。針對中哈兩國在貿(mào)易合作發(fā)展的歷史、現(xiàn)狀和未來,論文從合作的背景出發(fā),指出兩國貿(mào)易合作有著較為堅實的政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)合作基礎(chǔ),都存在著迫切的合作意愿,同時也分析了在現(xiàn)有條件下合作的障礙;論文又從供給的視角在揭示了兩國各自在貿(mào)易合作領(lǐng)域,尤其是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)要素及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域現(xiàn)實差異表現(xiàn),表明兩國農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作存在著客觀要求;同時在分...
