【摘要】：正裴端卿,研究員,現(xiàn)任中國科學院廣州生物醫(yī)藥與健康研究院院長,中央電視臺"2015年度十大科技創(chuàng)新人物"胚胎干細胞被醫(yī)學界稱為"萬用細胞",它存在于胚胎中,獲取難度較大,而且涉及到倫理問題。近年來誘導多能干細胞(induced pluripotent stem cells,i PS)技術(shù)的出現(xiàn),將體細胞誘導培育成胚胎干細胞狀態(tài),可以作為胚胎干細胞最好的替代品用于科學研究和臨床治療。在干細胞領(lǐng)域半路出家的裴端卿,憑借扎實的學科基礎(chǔ)及濃厚的
[Abstract]:Zheng Pei Duanqing, a researcher, is now president of the Guangzhou Institute of Biomedicine and Health of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the embryonic stem cell, the top 10 scientific and technological innovators of the year 2015 on CCTV, is called "universal cell" by the medical world, and it exists in embryos. Acquisition is difficult and involves ethical issues. In recent years, induced pluripotent stem cells (induced pluripotent stem cells,i PS) technology has been developed to induce somatic cells into embryonic stem cells, which can be used as the best substitute for embryonic stem cells for scientific research and clinical treatment.
