發(fā)展中國家對軍事支出與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間關(guān)系的大多數(shù)研究都發(fā)現(xiàn)負(fù)向關(guān)系的模式。但是,有趣的是,東南亞（作為一個發(fā)展中地區(qū)）的事實表明,這兩個變量同時增長。因此,一個重要而有趣的問題是:為什么東南亞的軍費(fèi)開支和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長同時增長?為了回答主要問題,本研究使用定性方法（數(shù)據(jù)分析和文獻(xiàn)研究）。從理論上講,軍費(fèi)開支的增長有助于加強(qiáng)區(qū)域穩(wěn)定。而區(qū)域穩(wěn)定是經(jīng)濟(jì)可以良好增長的背景。同時,增加的經(jīng)濟(jì)連通性滿足了區(qū)域穩(wěn)定,從而帶來了經(jīng)濟(jì)飛躍。該理論框架將研究引向這樣一個發(fā)現(xiàn):東南亞的同時經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和軍事開支是由各個層面（全球,區(qū)域和國內(nèi)）因素的相互作用所引起的。在全球范圍內(nèi),配電領(lǐng)域正在發(fā)生變化。中國的崛起和美國實力的下降將權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)從美國霸權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐悦绹椭袊鵀橹鬏S的均勢。在東南亞,中國的崛起加強(qiáng)了與東南亞的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系。中國在該地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)浪潮正在推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,從而繁榮發(fā)展。該區(qū)域各國的日益繁榮使該區(qū)域各國具有調(diào)動資源以改善安全設(shè)施的更多能力,這主要從軍事支出的增加中可以看出。因此,可以制止東南亞的恐怖運(yùn)動。區(qū)域安全設(shè)施的增加增強(qiáng)了東南亞的穩(wěn)定性,并成為投資吸引力。從而再次提高了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)績效。這種安排是該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)...
