【摘要】：金、元以后永定河水害急劇增多,由北京的母親河變成了常常威脅京城安全的害河。金代以來(lái)各朝都十分重視對(duì)永定河的治理,元明清三朝更是把修筑永定河的堤防作為京畿事務(wù)中的重大問(wèn)題。歷史上永定河的大規(guī)模筑堤為京城減少了洪水之虞,但同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了包括北京水環(huán)境在內(nèi)的一系列地理環(huán)境的變化。本文追溯永定河筑堤后北京地區(qū)水環(huán)境變遷以及下游地貌改變的重要史實(shí),闡述筑堤工程對(duì)于流域整體環(huán)境的深遠(yuǎn)影響,以期引起人們對(duì)歷史上一些重大水利工程的環(huán)境效應(yīng)的反思。
[Abstract]:After the Jin and Yuan dynasties, the Yongding River became a dangerous river from the mother river of Beijing to the one that often threatened the safety of the capital. Since the Jin Dynasty, all the dynasties have attached great importance to the governance of the Yongding River, and the three dynasties of Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties have taken the construction of the embankment of the Yongding River as a major issue in the affairs of Beijing. In history, the large-scale construction of the Yongding River has reduced the flood risk for the capital, but also brought about a series of changes in the geographical environment, including the water environment of Beijing. This paper traces the important historical facts of the changes of water environment and the downstream geomorphology in Beijing after the embankment construction of the Yongding River, and expounds the far-reaching influence of the embankment engineering on the overall environment of the river basin. In order to arouse people's reflection on the environmental effects of some major water conservancy projects in history.
