【摘要】：春秋戰(zhàn)國時(shí)期是中華文明的形成時(shí)代,是中國水利工程開始大規(guī)模興修的時(shí)代。這個(gè)時(shí)期水利工程的技術(shù)水平達(dá)到當(dāng)時(shí)世界的領(lǐng)先水平,而且其工程命名都充滿著中國文化的元素。這些水利工程對春秋戰(zhàn)國時(shí)期的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化都產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響。南水北調(diào)工程是繼春秋戰(zhàn)國我國第一批水利工程之后兩千多年來修建的一項(xiàng)大型水利工程,其工程意義和命名對今天的社會發(fā)展將產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。朱海風(fēng)教授在《華北水利水電大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》2014年第一期發(fā)表的《關(guān)于南水北調(diào)工程命名的思考與建議》一文中將南水北調(diào)東中西線分別稱為"和諧渠、夢成渠和天福渠"的一組命名,用"水到渠成,夢想成真"之意蘊(yùn),最具時(shí)代特色。
[Abstract]:The period of the Spring and Autumn and the Warring States period is the age of Chinese civilization, and it is the time of the large-scale development of the water conservancy project in China. The technical level of hydraulic engineering in this period has reached the leading level of the world, and its engineering name is full of the elements of Chinese culture. These water conservancy projects have a profound influence on the politics, economy and culture during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. The project of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is a large-scale water conservancy project that has been built for more than two thousand years after the first water conservancy projects in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, and its engineering significance and nomenclature will have a far-reaching impact on the social development of the day. In the paper on the "thinking and suggestion on the naming of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project" published in the Journal of the University of North China and Water Resources and Hydropower in the first part of 2014, the west line of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project in the east of the South-to-North Water-to-North Water Diversion Project is called a group of names of the harmonious channel, the dream-forming channel and the Tianfu Canal, which is the meaning of the water-to-channel and the dream come true.
