【摘要】：通過對(duì)地緣政治理論與國(guó)家安全的評(píng)述發(fā)現(xiàn),國(guó)家安全的內(nèi)容從軍事、政治安全向經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境等安全議題轉(zhuǎn)移。研究尺度從國(guó)家尺度拓展為全球與個(gè)體高低尺度兼容。同時(shí)隨著批判地緣政治理論、流行地緣政治理論及反地緣政治理論日漸成熟,以及次文化區(qū)域沖突日益頻繁、民族國(guó)家內(nèi)部分裂和"虛擬國(guó)家"的誕生等地緣板塊新動(dòng)向出現(xiàn),地緣政治理論正從地理實(shí)體空間出發(fā)主張的"領(lǐng)土擴(kuò)張",發(fā)展到注重"經(jīng)濟(jì)主導(dǎo)"的地緣政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng),再到當(dāng)下強(qiáng)調(diào)"文化區(qū)域主權(quán)"轉(zhuǎn)變。新時(shí)期基于文化區(qū)域的地緣文化戰(zhàn)略理論將成為傳統(tǒng)地緣理論的有力補(bǔ)充。我國(guó)需要重視以文化認(rèn)同為基礎(chǔ),以"穩(wěn)民心,爭(zhēng)人心"為核心,以文化軟實(shí)力提升為導(dǎo)向的國(guó)家安全戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,對(duì)提升中國(guó)在國(guó)際地緣格局中的地位和戰(zhàn)略力量具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Through the review of geopolitical theory and national security, it is found that the content of national security shifts from military and political security to economic, social, environmental and other security issues. The research scale is extended from national scale to global and individual scale compatibility. At the same time, with the criticism of geopolitical theory, the growing maturity of popular geopolitical theory and anti-geopolitical theory, as well as the increasing frequency of sub-cultural regional conflicts, the new trends of geopolitics, such as the internal division of nation-states and the birth of "virtual states", have emerged. The theory of geopolitics is developing from the "territorial expansion" advocated by geographical entity space to the interaction of geopolitics and economy with emphasis on "economy leading", and then to the transformation of "cultural regional sovereignty". The geocultural strategic theory based on cultural region in the new period will be a powerful supplement to the traditional geo-theory. Our country should attach importance to the strategic conception of national security, which is based on cultural identity, based on "stabilizing the people's heart, fighting for people's hearts" and guided by the promotion of cultural soft power. It is of great significance to promote China's position and strategic power in the international geographical structure.
