【摘要】：地緣文化是烏克蘭危機的重要誘因,深刻地影響著烏克蘭的內(nèi)政外交。作為地緣政治支軸國家,烏克蘭的戰(zhàn)略地位舉足輕重,其對于中國"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的順利推進意義重大。研究烏克蘭地緣文化的特征及其影響,對厘清烏克蘭地緣政治與地緣經(jīng)濟特征有重要作用。本文以烏克蘭(除基輔市、塞瓦斯托波爾市)為研究區(qū)域,使用2001年烏克蘭人口普查數(shù)據(jù),2004年、2007年、2010年和2013年烏克蘭對外貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù);2004年和2010年烏克蘭總統(tǒng)大選候選人得票率,運用空間自相關(guān)技術(shù),對烏克蘭地緣文化進行空間統(tǒng)計分析,并分析地緣文化對貿(mào)易聯(lián)系、政治走向的影響。研究表明:(1)烏克蘭地緣文化存在明顯的空間聚集特征,從而在地理空間上將烏克蘭割裂。(2)俄羅斯族居民聚居的東部地區(qū)對外貿(mào)易聯(lián)系較強;而西部地區(qū)對外貿(mào)易聯(lián)系較弱。(3)烏克蘭族人口占絕對優(yōu)勢的西部地區(qū)是親西方總統(tǒng)候選人的政治勢力范圍;俄羅斯族人口眾多的東部地區(qū)則是親俄總統(tǒng)候選人的政治勢力范圍。
[Abstract]:Geopolitics is an important cause of Ukraine's crisis, which deeply influences Ukraine's internal and foreign affairs. As a geopolitical branch country, Ukraine plays an important role in strategy, which is of great significance to the smooth advancement of Belt and Road's strategy. The study of the characteristics and influence of Ukrainian geo-culture plays an important role in clarifying the geopolitical and geo-economic characteristics of Ukraine. This paper takes Ukraine (except Kiev city, Sevastopol city) as the study area, using the 2001 Ukrainian population census data, 2004, 2007, 2010 and 2013 data on Ukraine's foreign trade; and the votes obtained by the candidates for the 2004 and 2010 Ukrainian presidential elections. By using spatial autocorrelation technology, this paper makes a spatial statistical analysis of Ukrainian geo-culture, and analyzes the influence of geo-culture on trade links and political trends. The results show that: (1) there are obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics in Ukrainian geo-culture, thus dividing Ukraine in geographical space. (2) the eastern region inhabited by ethnic Russians has strong foreign trade ties; While the western region has weak foreign trade ties. (3) the western region, where the Ukrainian population occupies the absolute majority, is the political sphere of influence of the pro-Western presidential candidate, while the eastern region with a large Russian population is the political sphere of the pro-Russian presidential candidate.
