【摘要】：正石獅市蚶江鎮(zhèn)蓮塘村,宋代屬安仁鄉(xiāng)永寧里,元、明、清三代屬泉州府晉江縣二十一都,古稱豐山。蓮塘位于石獅市五臺(tái)山之東、香山之西、蓮山(又稱象山)之東南隅,現(xiàn)分為:雙下、東村、長相、東頭、山前、前頭、前埔等角落。人口7300多人,以蔡氏居多。相傳"蓮山"下有一大池塘,一泓清水,翠綠荷葉,粉紅蓮花,爭芳斗妍,故稱"蓮塘"。境內(nèi)有旅菲
