【摘要】：地緣政治理論從誕生之日起其命運就與國家的興衰更替緊密相聯(lián)�？v觀西方部分地緣政治理論之構(gòu)建過程,其構(gòu)建的前提和原始動力都是理論構(gòu)建者源于"他者"對于"自我""威脅"的認(rèn)知并經(jīng)由理論構(gòu)建者通過對"威脅"的歷史和地理的分析而形成的政治結(jié)果。論文以"海權(quán)論"、"陸權(quán)論"、"邊緣地帶論"和"大棋局論"4個地緣政治理論為研究樣本,首先分析了威脅及其內(nèi)涵和地緣政治中隱含的威脅。在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討了威脅與4個地緣政治理論構(gòu)建關(guān)系,即:對美國海外擴(kuò)張構(gòu)成最大威脅的是英國海上霸權(quán),使馬漢意識到海權(quán)對歷史的影響進(jìn)而構(gòu)建了"海權(quán)論";英國霸權(quán)的最大威脅來自俄國在亞洲的擴(kuò)張,使麥金德意識到陸上強國對心臟地帶控制對英國霸權(quán)的威脅而構(gòu)建了"陸權(quán)論";斯皮克曼認(rèn)為控制邊緣地帶的國家會對美國實力地位構(gòu)成巨大威脅,進(jìn)而形成了"邊緣地帶論";布熱津斯基為冷戰(zhàn)后巔峰上的美國在未來可能的霸權(quán)衰落而面臨來自歐亞大陸某一超級大國的威脅,為維護(hù)美國霸權(quán)而作以理論上的未雨綢繆構(gòu)建了"大棋局論"。最后嘗試探討了當(dāng)前中國崛起面臨的外界威脅以及對構(gòu)建基于外界威脅的中國地緣政治理論的啟示。
[Abstract]:Geopolitical theory has been closely related to the rise and fall of the country since its birth. Throughout the construction process of some geopolitical theories in the West, The presupposition and original motive force of its construction are the political result that the constructor of theory originates from the cognition of "self" and "threat" and through the analysis of history and geography of "threat" by the constructor of theory. In this paper, four geopolitical theories, namely, the theory of sea power, the theory of land power, the theory of marginal zone and the theory of big chess, are taken as the research samples, and the threat and its connotation and the implied threat in geopolitics are analyzed at first. On this basis, the author discusses the relationship between the threat and four geopolitical theories, that is, the British maritime hegemony is the greatest threat to the expansion of the United States overseas. Mahan was made aware of the influence of sea power on history and constructed the theory of sea power. The greatest threat to British hegemony came from Russia's expansion in Asia. MacInder was made aware of the threat that land-based powers pose to British hegemony over the heartland; Spikman believed that the states that controlled the marginal regions posed a great threat to the power of the United States. Thus came the "marginal zone theory", in which Brzezinski faced a threat from a superpower in Eurasia for the possible decline of US hegemony in the future at the height of the cold war. In order to safeguard American hegemony, this paper constructs the theory of "big chess game". In the end, the author tries to discuss the external threat to China's rise and its enlightenment to the construction of China's geopolitical theory based on external threats.
