地緣環(huán)境系統(tǒng)模擬研究探討

【摘要】:地緣環(huán)境系統(tǒng)研究是認(rèn)知國(guó)際地緣政治態(tài)勢(shì)、保障國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略順利實(shí)施的科學(xué)支撐。近年來(lái),在國(guó)際地緣戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和技術(shù)進(jìn)步等要素的驅(qū)動(dòng)下,地緣環(huán)境系統(tǒng)研究的內(nèi)涵與外延都發(fā)生了巨大變化。分析地緣環(huán)境要素的變化,預(yù)估地緣環(huán)境演變趨勢(shì)并提出應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施,既是地緣環(huán)境研究的重要內(nèi)容,也是實(shí)施國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的重要科技保障。本文回顧了地緣環(huán)境系統(tǒng)研究的學(xué)科發(fā)展歷程及國(guó)內(nèi)外的最新進(jìn)展,系統(tǒng)梳理了地緣環(huán)境系統(tǒng)模擬的理論和方法體系。研究表明,地緣環(huán)境系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的非線性系統(tǒng),具有層次性、地域性、綜合性等特征。針對(duì)特定的地緣問(wèn)題,可以采取分層次、合理概化、數(shù)值逼近等方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)模擬。同時(shí),大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)逐漸成為地緣環(huán)境系統(tǒng)研究的新范式,通過(guò)異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、高性能計(jì)算等方法,可望發(fā)現(xiàn)紛繁復(fù)雜的地緣環(huán)境系統(tǒng)中蘊(yùn)含的要素關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,預(yù)測(cè)與干涉系統(tǒng)演化過(guò)程,為地緣環(huán)境問(wèn)題的解決提供新的技術(shù)手段。
[Abstract]:The systematic study of geo-environment is the scientific support to recognize the international geopolitical situation and ensure the smooth implementation of national strategy. In recent years, driven by international geo-strategic adjustment, economic globalization and technological progress, the connotation and extension of geo-environmental system research have undergone tremendous changes. It is not only an important content of geo-environment research, but also an important scientific and technological guarantee to analyze the change of geo-environment elements, to estimate the trend of geo-environment evolution and to put forward measures to deal with the risks. This paper reviews the development of geo-environment system and the latest progress at home and abroad, and systematically combs the theory and method system of geo-environment system simulation. It is shown that geo-environmental system is a complex nonlinear system with the characteristics of hierarchy, regionality and comprehensiveness. Aiming at specific geographical problems, systematic simulation can be carried out by hierarchical, reasonable generalization, numerical approximation and so on. At the same time, big data technology has gradually become a new paradigm in the study of geo-environment systems. Through heterogeneous data mining, machine learning, high-performance computing and other methods, it is expected to discover the relationship between the elements contained in complex geo-environment systems. Prediction and interference in the evolution of the system provide a new technical means for the solution of geo-environmental problems.
