【摘要】：長江是我國第一、世界第三大河流 ,發(fā)源于青藏高原 ,全長 6 30 0多公里 ,流域面積 180× 10 4km2 ,占中國陸地面積的 1/ 5。長江及其流域不僅以其不可替代的自然資源優(yōu)勢和其他江河無法比擬的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢 ,在我國國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展中扮演著舉足輕重的角色 ,特別是約占全國的 36 %、擁有 96 16× 10 8m3 的年徑流量 (為黃河的 2 0倍 ) ,是我國最重要的水源地。這不僅對長江流域資源優(yōu)勢的發(fā)揮和緩解我國北方地區(qū)日趨嚴重的水資源短缺問題至關重要 ,而且對全國的可持續(xù)發(fā)展也將產(chǎn)生深遠影響。然而 ,在長江流域大規(guī)模開發(fā)及經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的同時 ,人類活動與自然規(guī)律的負面效應相
[Abstract]:The Yangtze River is the first in China and the third largest in the world. It originates from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and has a total length of more than 63 000 kilometers and an area of 180 脳 10 4km2. The Yangtze River and its watershed not only play an important role in the national economic and social development of our country, but also play an important role in the national economic and social development of our country, not only because of their irreplaceable natural resources and unparalleled geographical advantages, but also in the development of our national economy and society. In particular, it accounts for about 36 percent of the country's total annual runoff of 96 16 脳 10 8m3 (20 times as much as the Yellow River). Is the most important source of water in our country.
